【摘要】：地下管線作為城市的生命線，起著保障城市生產(chǎn)和居民生命財產(chǎn)安全的作用，具有重大的經(jīng)濟效益、環(huán)境效益和社會效益。但隨著社會和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，由地下管線引發(fā)的事故也越來越多，因此地下管線應(yīng)急管理工作的開展越來越重要。北京市作為我國的首都，無論在政治、經(jīng)濟還是技術(shù)發(fā)展等各方面都有著獨特的優(yōu)勢，，因此要利用北京市自身的優(yōu)越條件大力開展地下管線應(yīng)急管理技術(shù)研究工作，并對未來的技術(shù)發(fā)展做出預測，以提高北京市地下管線應(yīng)急管理水平。 技術(shù)路線圖作為一種新型管理工具在國外得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展，本文引進技術(shù)路線圖的方法，對北京市地下管線系統(tǒng)應(yīng)急管理技術(shù)研究工作進行分析與研究。 本文首先通過文獻檢索對技術(shù)路線圖和應(yīng)急管理技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析，并對技術(shù)路線圖的定義、類型及意義做出理論上的闡述；通過對北京市地下管線應(yīng)急管理進行SWOT分析掌握北京市地下管線系統(tǒng)在應(yīng)急管理方面的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題；通過大量的文獻查閱及專家意見征集從應(yīng)急技術(shù)需求、技術(shù)目標、技術(shù)壁壘和研發(fā)需求四個方面設(shè)計出北京市地下管線應(yīng)急管理技術(shù)路線圖的調(diào)查問卷；通過對問卷的統(tǒng)計分析得出北京市未來10年不同時期不同指標的重要度排序，明確技術(shù)進步的目標和重點。最后，繪制出技術(shù)路線圖，預測北京市地下管線系統(tǒng)應(yīng)急管理領(lǐng)域未來10年市場所需要的技術(shù)，以圖文并茂的形式展現(xiàn)出北京市地下管線系統(tǒng)應(yīng)急管理技術(shù)未來的發(fā)展進程。
[Abstract]:As the lifeline of the city, underground pipeline plays an important role in ensuring the safety of urban production and residents' life and property. It has great economic, environmental and social benefits, but with the development of society and economy. There are more and more accidents caused by underground pipeline, so the emergency management of underground pipeline is becoming more and more important. Beijing, as the capital of our country, no matter in politics. Economic or technological development has a unique advantage, so we should make use of Beijing's own favorable conditions to vigorously carry out underground pipeline emergency management technology research work, and make a prediction of the future technological development. In order to improve the emergency management level of underground pipelines in Beijing. As a new management tool, technology roadmap has been widely used and developed abroad. This paper introduces the method of technology roadmap. This paper analyzes and studies the emergency management technology of underground pipeline system in Beijing. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of technology roadmap and emergency management technology through literature retrieval, and expounds the definition, type and significance of technology roadmap. Based on the SWOT analysis of underground pipeline emergency management in Beijing, the present situation and existing problems of emergency management in Beijing underground pipeline system are grasped. Through a large number of literature and expert opinions collected from the emergency technical requirements, technical objectives, technical barriers and R & D needs to design the underground pipeline emergency management technology roadmap survey questionnaire in Beijing; Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the importance of different indicators in different periods in the next 10 years in Beijing is ranked, and the objectives and key points of technological progress are defined. Finally, the technical roadmap is drawn. The future development process of emergency management technology of underground pipeline system in Beijing is presented in the form of illustrations and illustrations, which is expected to be needed in the field of emergency management of underground pipeline system in Beijing in the next 10 years.
