【摘要】：霸權(quán)和霸權(quán)主義一直都是國際關(guān)系理論和國際政治的重要研究課題，尤其對美國霸權(quán)主義研究方面，國內(nèi)外的專家學(xué)者不斷進行研究和探索，耗費了大量的財力、物力和精力，并取得了豐富的研究成果。20世紀以來，世界各國正在不斷適應(yīng)政治多極化、經(jīng)濟全球化和文化多元化的時代背景。在這樣錯綜復(fù)雜的時代背景下，美國突破了其傳統(tǒng)的霸權(quán)主義，在冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以后開始不斷向世界各國推行其新霸權(quán)主義戰(zhàn)略，企圖利用美國自身雄厚的經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)和強大的軍事實力來稱霸世界。 而我國作為世界最大的發(fā)展中國家和世界第二大經(jīng)濟體，中國與美國在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等諸多方面有著密切的往來和廣泛共同利益。在當(dāng)前政治多極化、經(jīng)濟全球化和文化多元化的時代背景下，中美兩國只有建立穩(wěn)定良好的雙邊關(guān)系，才能促使兩國不斷發(fā)展。這不僅有利于中美兩國之間的政治、經(jīng)濟和文化的互通互信，更有利于世界政治、經(jīng)濟和文化的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。但是，美國為了不斷鞏固其世界霸主的地位，，不斷向世界各國推行其新霸權(quán)主義戰(zhàn)略，這使得中美兩國關(guān)系始終不能步入到一個健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展軌道上來。面對美國不斷推行的新霸權(quán)主義戰(zhàn)略中國應(yīng)當(dāng)積極面對,并需要進行客觀公正和全面深入的了解和研究，對實現(xiàn)中華民族的和平崛起具有重大的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Hegemony and hegemonism have always been an important research topic in the theory of international relations and international politics, especially in the study of American hegemonism, experts and scholars at home and abroad have been constantly studying and exploring. Spent a lot of financial, material and energy, and achieved a wealth of research results since the 20th century, the world is constantly adapting to political multipolarization. The background of economic globalization and cultural pluralism. In such a complex background, the United States broke through its traditional hegemonism. After the end of the Cold War, the United States began to carry out its new hegemonic strategy to other countries in an attempt to use the strong economic foundation and military strength of the United States to dominate the world. As the largest developing country in the world and the second largest economy in the world, China and the United States have close contacts and extensive common interests in many aspects, such as politics, economy, culture and so on. Under the background of economic globalization and cultural pluralism, China and the United States must establish stable and good bilateral relations to promote the continuous development of the two countries, which is not only conducive to the political relations between China and the United States. Mutual trust between economy and culture is even more conducive to the stable development of world politics, economy and culture. However, in order to continuously consolidate its position as world hegemon, the United States has continuously pursued its new hegemonic strategy to all countries in the world. As a result, Sino-US relations have never been able to enter a healthy and stable track of development. China should actively face the new hegemonic strategy pursued by the United States. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize the peaceful rise of the Chinese nation.
