【摘要】:鐵路選線設(shè)計需要從技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)、工程地質(zhì)、施工難度以及區(qū)域政治經(jīng)濟(jì)需求等方面比較研究有價值的線路方案并確定推薦方案。然而,現(xiàn)階段線路方案對周邊區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響尚不能完全定量表示。研究表明,可達(dá)性是交通工具影響區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要表現(xiàn)。基于此,本文以川藏鐵路為例,為定量評價各方案(經(jīng)昌都方案、沿G318方案)在提高區(qū)域可達(dá)性方面的價值,開展了以下研究。(1)選取沿線8個地級行政單位作為研究區(qū)域,將其劃分為1 158個研究單元,用熵權(quán)法得了到各研究單元的綜合規(guī)模。(2)以國內(nèi)已開通鐵路為案例,運(yùn)用回歸模型得到旅行時分與走行距離的關(guān)系,確定了研究線路各車站間最短旅行時分。(3)根據(jù)相關(guān)資料,并基于海拔高度、道路展線對研究的影響以及GIS成本距離工具運(yùn)算特點(diǎn),確定了研究區(qū)域各條段道路的速度。(4)將高速公路設(shè)置緩沖區(qū),使其僅能在出入口處與周邊發(fā)生聯(lián)系;對不同海拔高度、不同速度、不同縱向坡度的道路路段設(shè)置了相應(yīng)的通行時間成本,制作了成本柵格數(shù)據(jù)集。(5)運(yùn)用GIS柵格算法,通過對車站所在柵格精準(zhǔn)賦值,得到了不同方案對應(yīng)的中心城市時間可達(dá)性擴(kuò)散圖及差異圖;诳蛇_(dá)性評價指標(biāo),評價鐵路方案對區(qū)域的影響,得出了結(jié)論。經(jīng)計算比較,經(jīng)昌都方案可以更好地實現(xiàn)中心城市對周邊區(qū)域的輻射帶動作用,有利于統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、區(qū)域發(fā)展;從各中心城市的自身發(fā)展來看,除康定外,經(jīng)昌都方案對其他各城市的發(fā)展均更有利,定量比較后,推薦實施經(jīng)昌都方案。以GIS為工具,從可達(dá)性的角度出發(fā),定量評價鐵路方案的優(yōu)劣,提高了鐵路線路方案比選的科學(xué)性。鐵路能力的發(fā)揮一方面受自身條件限制,另一方面也會受到路網(wǎng)內(nèi)其他鐵路的影響,同時還會受到如道路等其他交通方式的影響,構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系意義重大。鐵路建設(shè)與區(qū)域發(fā)展相互影響、彼此促進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Design of railway lines from technology and economy, engineering geology, construction difficulty and regional political and economic aspects of a comparative study of line scheme has value and determine the recommended program. The results show that accessibility is mainly affecting regional transportation the social and economic development. Based on this, this paper takes the Sichuan Tibet Railway as an example, the evaluation scheme for quantitative (via Changdu, along the G318 scheme) in improving the regional accessibility in terms of value, carry out the following research. Based on the assessment of regional railway scheme, and draws a conclusion. Through calculation and comparison, the Changdu program can better achieve the city center on the surrounding areas of radiation, favorable In the urban and rural development, regional development; from the center of the city's own development, in addition to Kangding, the Changdu development of the city's other programs are more favorable, quantitative comparison, recommended by the Changdu plan. Taking GIS as a tool, starting from the angle of accessibility of the merits of quantitative evaluation of railway project, improve the railway line scheme is selected. The railway scientific ability are influenced by their own conditions, on the other hand will be influenced by the other in the railway network, but also affected by other ways such as road traffic, the significance of building a modern comprehensive transportation system.
