【摘要】：隨著我國近年來兩型社會(huì)的建設(shè)逐步加快,我國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、衛(wèi)生、教育事業(yè)上都取得了長足進(jìn)步。但在社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,人民安居樂業(yè)的背后也潛藏著諸多不穩(wěn)定因素。2003年非典疫情的爆發(fā),標(biāo)志著危機(jī)時(shí)代的來臨。政府在面對(duì)突發(fā)事件可能給社會(huì)和人民生產(chǎn)生活造成巨大破壞或嚴(yán)重的后果的同時(shí),不得不采取及時(shí)有效的手段進(jìn)行危機(jī)管理和危機(jī)公關(guān)。政府危機(jī)公關(guān)是公共關(guān)系理論一個(gè)重要組成部分,政府危機(jī)公關(guān)處理的成功與否直接關(guān)系到與人民群眾互信度的提升和自身形象的重塑。但是由于政府危機(jī)公關(guān)是一門被引入不久的新興學(xué)科,我國政府在危機(jī)的預(yù)警、決策、處理以及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的建設(shè)上都存在一定的滯后性。因此當(dāng)危機(jī)發(fā)生時(shí),相關(guān)部門意識(shí)不強(qiáng),信息溝通渠道不暢通,政府執(zhí)政透明度不高,都會(huì)加深政府與公眾之間的誤會(huì),從而導(dǎo)致執(zhí)政水平的下降。能否正確處理好政府危機(jī)公關(guān)工作已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:Along with our country in recent years the construction of two oriented society is gradually speeding up, China in political, economic, cultural, health, education has made considerable progress. But in the social stability, the people live and work in peace are also hidden behind many unstable factors during.2003 outbreak of SARS, marking the advent of the era of the government in the crisis. In the face of unexpected events may cause great damage or serious consequences to the society and people's production and life at the same time, to take timely and effective means of crisis management and crisis management. The government crisis public relations is an important part of the theory of public relations, government crisis public relations success is directly related to the people's trust degree and remodeling and enhance their image. But because of government crisis management is a new subject to be introduced soon, China's government decision-making in crisis warning, processing and A certain lag are existing in the construction of relevant laws and regulations. So when a crisis occurs, the relevant departments do not have a strong sense of information, communication channels, government transparency is not high, will deepen the misunderstanding between the government and the public, which leads to a decrease in the ruling level. Can correctly handle the work of government crisis public relations has been imminent.
