【摘要】：近年來，我國志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，尤其是作為青年志愿者主力軍的高校志愿者隊伍日益發(fā)展壯大，已成為政府、市場之外的一股新興力量和有力補充，在政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、文化等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著一系列獨特而重要的功能。本文通過調(diào)查研究，深入社區(qū)、大學(xué)城，，聯(lián)系實際，總結(jié)相關(guān)研究成果，得出對于本課題研究的借鑒與啟示。通過對當(dāng)前高校志愿者服務(wù)活動意義的探究，分析了高校志愿者服務(wù)活動的運行現(xiàn)狀，指出高校志愿者服務(wù)活動中存在的主要問題，并分析了高校志愿者服務(wù)活動存在問題的原因，從而提出進一步完善高校志愿者服務(wù)活動的途徑。從完善志愿者服務(wù)隊伍培訓(xùn)考核機制，提高志愿者社團活動質(zhì)量，完善志愿者服務(wù)隊伍建設(shè)幾個方面來增強制度創(chuàng)新推動力，提升創(chuàng)新服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the voluntary service in China has developed vigorously, especially as the main force of young volunteers in colleges and universities, which has become a new force and a powerful supplement outside the government and the market. In the political, economic, social, cultural and other fields play a series of unique and important functions. Through the research of the significance of the current volunteer service activities in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the running status of volunteer service activities in colleges and universities. This paper points out the main problems existing in the volunteer service activities in colleges and universities, and analyzes the causes of the problems in the volunteer service activities in colleges and universities. In order to further improve the volunteer service activities in colleges and universities from the improvement of volunteer service team training and assessment mechanism to improve the quality of volunteer community activities. Improve the volunteer service team construction in several aspects to enhance the driving force of institutional innovation and improve the level of innovative services.
