【摘要】：受國家政治、經(jīng)濟體制的轉(zhuǎn)型性發(fā)展,與競技體育職業(yè)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、市場化進程的共同影響,我國競技運動員的產(chǎn)權交易性質(zhì)與形式發(fā)生了根本改變,并由此引發(fā)了一系列制度問題與矛盾沖突的顯現(xiàn)。主要采用文獻資料法,借助經(jīng)濟學理論以我國競技運動員產(chǎn)權交易制度的功能與特征為對象進行研究,認為:1)交易存在制度。我國競技體育在市場化、職業(yè)化發(fā)展的進程中應不斷加強制度建設,特別是提高正式與非正式制度間的協(xié)同作用,不斷強化非正式制度的功能,使其助力于正式制度的有效實施。2)制度的制定既是為了滿足交易主體的利益訴求,同時也是約束和保障交易主體的根本利益,因此制度涵蓋了約束性、激勵性、保障性、均衡性、教化性等功能。3)以市場為導向與基本國情相結合,在運動員產(chǎn)權交易制度的建設中強調(diào)有界性、公共性、利益性和強制性這是有效制度形成的重要內(nèi)容。為保障我國競技體育事業(yè)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:By the transformation of the development of national politics, economy, and sports occupation, industry, together with the impact of the process of marketization, fundamental changes in the nature and form of property right transaction of our athletes, which caused a series of problems and contradictions of the system appear. Mainly using the method of literature, with the help of economics the theory in function and characteristics of our athletes property rights trading system as the study object, that: 1) trading system. China's competitive sports in the market, continue to strengthen the construction of the system should be occupation development process, especially to improve the synergy between formal and informal institutions, continue to strengthen the function of informal institution to help in the formal system, the effective implementation of.2) system development is to meet the interests of the main transaction, but also the fundamental interests of the main body of the transaction and security constraints Yi, so the system covers the constraint, incentive, security, balance, education and other functions of.3) guided by the market and the basic conditions of the combination, emphasize the boundedness of the public in the construction of property rights trading system of athletes, interests and mandatory it is an important part of effective system for formation. Protection of China's sports cause a sustained, healthy and stable development to provide reference.
