【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事等領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,各國(guó)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的依賴(lài)與重視與日俱增。作為非傳統(tǒng)安全的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全成為各國(guó)國(guó)家安全中的重要組成部分。中國(guó)和美國(guó)作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家和發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的關(guān)系不僅是影響兩國(guó)關(guān)系的重要因素,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的世界和平與穩(wěn)定有著重要意義。當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的中美關(guān)系表現(xiàn)為沖突與合作并存,且沖突是主流。本文以此為主題,首先對(duì)中美網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理,隨后分析了當(dāng)前兩國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全關(guān)系存在的問(wèn)題及阻礙合作的原因,最后就中美網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間關(guān)系的未來(lái)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并得出結(jié)論:盡管網(wǎng)絡(luò)戰(zhàn)已初現(xiàn)端倪,但仍處于可控階段;且中美網(wǎng)絡(luò)沖突在短期內(nèi)不會(huì)根除,會(huì)以“次熱點(diǎn)”的形式長(zhǎng)期存在。最后文章為當(dāng)前的合作提出建議,旨在為未來(lái)加強(qiáng)合作提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of Internet in politics, economy, military and other fields. As a non-traditional security network security has become an important part of national security. China and the United States as the largest developing and developed countries in the world. The relationship of cyberspace is not only an important factor affecting the relationship between the two countries, but also of great significance to the world peace and stability in cyberspace. At present, the relationship between China and the United States in cyberspace is characterized by the coexistence of conflict and cooperation. And the conflict is the mainstream. This paper firstly combs the network security relationship between China and the United States, and then analyzes the problems existing in the current network security relationship between the two countries and the reasons that hinder the cooperation. Finally, the future of the relationship between China and the United States in cyberspace is forecasted, and the following conclusions are drawn: although cyberwarfare has already appeared, it is still in a controllable stage; Moreover, the network conflict between China and the United States will not be eradicated in the short term, and will exist in the form of "sub-hot spot" for a long time. Finally, the article gives some suggestions for the current cooperation, aiming at providing a reference for strengthening cooperation in the future.
