【摘要】:SMA瀝青路面自從德國開始應(yīng)用以來就以優(yōu)良的路用性能聞名于世。目前在我國西部山嶺重丘區(qū)的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛,主要集中在交通荷載繁重、政治經(jīng)濟(jì)地位突出的路段,使用效果良好。但也出現(xiàn)了一些早期質(zhì)量病害,經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)生這些質(zhì)量病害的原因主要是因為施工過程階段質(zhì)量控制不嚴(yán)格,采用傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量檢驗方法不能保證SMA瀝青路面質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性,有必要研究過程質(zhì)量控制方法,提高施工管理水平。本論文研究的內(nèi)容正是建立在此基礎(chǔ)之上,通過分析SMA瀝青路面施工過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量控制的重難點(diǎn)為:①施工過程階段質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)過多,且無重要程度之分;②施工過程中質(zhì)量控制方法仍然是點(diǎn)點(diǎn)對比的靜態(tài)控制方法,沒有引入過程控制理念,對施工階段的質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行動態(tài)管理。因此,本文首先采用專家調(diào)研法和灰色多層次綜合評價模型,從施工階段質(zhì)量控制的眾多指標(biāo)中選取與SMA瀝青路面典型質(zhì)量病害形成關(guān)聯(lián)度較大的指標(biāo)(油石比、級配、溫度、壓實度)作為SMA瀝青路面施工過程質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。然后將過程質(zhì)量控制方法引入SMA瀝青路面施工中,經(jīng)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)SMA瀝青路面施工過程屬于小批量生產(chǎn)過程,運(yùn)用小批量質(zhì)量控制的基本方法,結(jié)合《公路瀝青路面施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》中關(guān)于動態(tài)質(zhì)量控制的要求,選取有效性較高的“均值—標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(X?S)控制圖”作為SMA瀝青路面施工階段過程質(zhì)量控制的基準(zhǔn)方法。再根據(jù)“均值—標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(X?S)控制圖”在小批量生產(chǎn)環(huán)境下使用控制界限的有效性不能得到保證,因此為了使控制界限更加準(zhǔn)確合理,本文提出運(yùn)用貝葉斯理論對控制圖進(jìn)行改進(jìn),得到的控制界限可根據(jù)樣本數(shù)量大小進(jìn)行調(diào)整,由此建立具有雙重控制界限的“小批量施工控制圖”,并以此方法作為SMA瀝青路面施工過程質(zhì)量控制的方法。最后依托工程實例驗證“小批量施工控制圖”在山嶺重丘區(qū)SMA瀝青路面施工過程中質(zhì)量控制的適用性和可行性。研究結(jié)果表明,針對山嶺重丘區(qū)特殊的氣候條件及交通壓力,在鋪筑SMA瀝青路面施工的過程中應(yīng)用改進(jìn)后的“小批量施工控制圖”進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制,可以保證施工質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性,從而減少早期質(zhì)量病害的產(chǎn)生,增加SMA瀝青路面的使用壽命。
[Abstract]:SMA asphalt pavement since Germany began since the application on the excellent road performance is well known in the world. Currently used in western mountainous areas of our country are more and more widely, mainly concentrated in the heavy traffic load, the political and economic status of prominent sections, the use effect is good. But there are also some early quality diseases, the study found that the quality of disease causes is mainly because the construction process quality control is not strict, not using the traditional test method to ensure the quality of stability of SMA asphalt pavement quality, it is necessary to study on the quality control method of the process, improve the level of construction management. The content of this thesis is built on this basis, through the analysis of SMA asphalt pavement construction process it is found that, the problems of quality control for the quality control of the construction process: stage too much, and no significant difference in degrees; the quality control in the construction process Method for static control method is still little contrast, without the introduction of process control theory, dynamic management of construction quality control. Therefore, this paper adopts expert investigation method and grey comprehensive evaluation model, select the formation of larger index associated with the typical disease quality of SMA asphalt pavement from many indexes of quality control of construction phase (in proportion, gradation, temperature, degree of compaction) as a key indicator of SMA asphalt pavement construction process quality control. Then the process quality control method is introduced into the SMA asphalt pavement construction, and found the construction process of asphalt pavement SMA belongs to the small batch production process, using the basic method of small batch quality control, combined with the requirements of the dynamic quality control technical specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement in the < >, select the high availability "mean standard deviation (X? S) control chart" as S The reference method of process quality control in construction stage of MA asphalt pavement. According to the mean standard deviation (X? S) can not effectively control the use of map control limits in small batch production environment is guaranteed, so in order to make more accurate and reasonable control limits, proposed using Bayesian theory of control chart improvement. The control limits can be adjusted according to the number of sample size, thereby establishing a dual control limits "small batch construction control chart, and this method as the method of quality control of SMA asphalt pavement construction process. Based on the feasibility and applicability of the quality control of engineering examples" small batch construction control chart in hilly mountain SMA asphalt pavement construction process. The results show that, according to the climate conditions and traffic pressure in mountainous area special, in the paving process of asphalt pavement construction SMA The quality control of the improved "small batch construction control chart" can ensure the stability of the construction quality, reduce the occurrence of early quality diseases and increase the service life of SMA asphalt pavement.
