【摘要】：十六大以來(lái)根據(jù)我國(guó)國(guó)情和未來(lái)的發(fā)展需要,以胡錦濤同志為總書記的黨中央,在“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想。這是中央在新階段提出的重大戰(zhàn)略思想,也成為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的重要組成部分。本文深入研究胡錦濤同志生態(tài)文明思想,系統(tǒng)梳理這一重大戰(zhàn)略思想的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),全面深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)其科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和精神實(shí)質(zhì),對(duì)推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)和實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興具有重大意義。 本文以胡錦濤同志生態(tài)文明思想形成的時(shí)代背景、理論淵源作為本文研究的切入點(diǎn)。生態(tài)文明思想的時(shí)代背景,是在世界和我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)中,面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻生態(tài)危機(jī)的現(xiàn)實(shí)困惑的背景下提出。生態(tài)文明思想是胡錦濤同志對(duì)馬克思、恩格斯、建國(guó)后中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨前三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的生態(tài)文明思想的繼承與豐富,是對(duì)中國(guó)古代生態(tài)文明思想的借鑒和發(fā)展。胡錦濤同志生態(tài)文明思想主要內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面：一是和諧發(fā)展的生態(tài)理念；二是良好生態(tài)社會(huì)的建設(shè)途徑；三是美麗中國(guó)的建設(shè)目標(biāo)。在理念上,胡錦濤同志生態(tài)文明思想包括生態(tài)自然觀、生態(tài)價(jià)值觀、生態(tài)消費(fèi)觀。在建設(shè)途徑上,要求努力建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)。在建設(shè)目標(biāo)上,建設(shè)美麗中國(guó)要形成自然之美、發(fā)展之美、和諧之美的生態(tài)社會(huì),是中國(guó)永續(xù)發(fā)展的價(jià)值目標(biāo)。 本文研究的重要內(nèi)容是胡錦濤同志生態(tài)文明思想的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。胡錦濤同志生態(tài)文明思想的理論價(jià)值表現(xiàn)在：一是進(jìn)一步發(fā)展了馬克思、恩格斯的生態(tài)文明思想,在馬克思主義關(guān)于人與自然關(guān)系的研究基礎(chǔ)上,形成了嶄新的生態(tài)文明思想;二是豐富和充實(shí)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論,把中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)提升到“五位一體”協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的新格局；三是成為了“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”的重要內(nèi)容。通過(guò)發(fā)展來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)人、社會(huì)和生態(tài)之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。胡錦濤同志生態(tài)文明思想的實(shí)踐價(jià)值表現(xiàn)在：促進(jìn)了生態(tài)制度體系的建設(shè)；推動(dòng)了生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)形式的發(fā)展;提升了生態(tài)文化價(jià)值的觀念;明確了生態(tài)社會(huì)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:According to the situation of our country and the need of future development, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary has been on the basis of the theory of "sustainable development" since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It is an important strategic thought put forward by the central government in the new stage and also an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper deeply studies Comrade Hu Jintao's thought of ecological civilization. Systematically combing the development of this important strategic thought and fully understanding its scientific connotation and spiritual essence are of great significance to the advancement of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper takes the background of the formation of Comrade Hu Jintao's thought of ecological civilization and the origin of theory as the breakthrough point of this paper. The background of the thought of ecological civilization is in the socialist construction of the world and our country. Against the background of the serious ecological crisis, the thought of ecological civilization is the inheritance and enrichment of the thought of ecological civilization by Comrade Hu Jintao to Marx, Engels, and the previous three generations of leaders of the Communist Party of China after the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is the reference and development of ancient Chinese ecological civilization thought. The main contents of Comrade Hu Jintao's ecological civilization thought are embodied in three aspects: first, the ecological idea of harmonious development; Second, the way to build a good ecological society; Thirdly, the construction goal of beautiful China. In concept, Comrade Hu Jintao's thought of ecological civilization includes ecological natural view, ecological value view, ecological consumption view. The aim of building a beautiful China is to form the beauty of nature, the beauty of development and the beauty of harmony, which is the value goal of China's sustainable development. The important content of this paper is the theoretical value and practical value of Comrade Hu Jintao's ecological civilization thought. The theoretical value of Comrade Hu Jintao's ecological civilization thought is as follows: first, the further development of Marx. Engels' thought of ecological civilization, on the basis of Marxist research on the relationship between man and nature, formed a new thought of ecological civilization. Second, it enriches and enriches the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promotes the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a new pattern of coordinated development of "five in one"; Third, it has become an important content of the "scientific development view". Through development, we can realize the harmonious development among people, society and ecology. The practical value of Comrade Hu Jintao's thought of ecological civilization is as follows: promoting the construction of ecological system; Promote the development of ecological economic form; Promoted the concept of ecological cultural value; The aim of ecological society construction is defined.
