【摘要】：本文主要介紹國外有關(guān)兒童保護(hù)的批判性研究及其對我國兒童保護(hù)、社會(huì)政策研究的啟示。一是從社會(huì)建構(gòu)主義視角探討兒童保護(hù);二是討論兒童保護(hù)與社會(huì)分層的密切聯(lián)系。從批判性研究的角度看,兒童保護(hù)是出現(xiàn)在一定政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)條件下的,兒童保護(hù)的目的、策略、措施有其歷史特殊性。我國的兒童保護(hù)實(shí)踐一方面可借鑒國外理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn),另一方面需要從我國實(shí)際出發(fā),在社會(huì)治理創(chuàng)新中不斷健全有中國特色的兒童保護(hù)體系。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces a critical study on child protection and child protection in our country, the study of social policy implications. One is to discuss the protection of children from social constructivist perspective; two is to discuss the close contact with the protection of children and the social stratification. From the critical point of view, the protection of children is seen in certain political, economic, social under the condition of child protection purposes, strategies, measures has its historical particularity. Child protection practice in China on the one hand, can learn from the foreign theory and experience, on the other hand, from the reality of our country in the social protection system has the characteristics of children Chinese continuously improve the governance innovation.
