【摘要】：文化,廣義地說,指的是人類在社會歷史發(fā)展過程中所創(chuàng)造的物質(zhì)和精神財富的總和。它包括物質(zhì)、制度和精神文化三個方面。從狹義上講,文化特指意識形態(tài)所創(chuàng)造的精神財富,是凝結(jié)在物質(zhì)之中又游離于物質(zhì)之外,能夠被傳承的宗教、信仰、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、學(xué)術(shù)思想、道德情操、科學(xué)技術(shù)、文學(xué)藝術(shù)、各種制度等。隨著社會的發(fā)展,文化現(xiàn)代化成為現(xiàn)代化的重要組成部分,是國家現(xiàn)代化的核心要素,也是現(xiàn)代化研究的一個重要分支。中國文化現(xiàn)代化是一種繼承與創(chuàng)新的先進文化,即對傳統(tǒng)文化有批判地繼承,并過濾掉不合理、不利于國家發(fā)展的文化,以及結(jié)合當(dāng)下的具體情況,吸納一切優(yōu)良的外來文化進行創(chuàng)新。它是在馬克思主義哲學(xué)的社會主義條件下發(fā)展起來的,因為和諧社會在唯物史觀中被看成普遍永恒的重要范疇,即和諧社會的發(fā)展具有連續(xù)性,認為一個社會要實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo),其社會各領(lǐng)域必須是處于相互協(xié)調(diào)的和諧狀態(tài)。而馬克思主義哲學(xué)與中國文化現(xiàn)代化的實際結(jié)合是賦予人們在具有中國特色的馬克思主義哲學(xué)熏陶下,能夠認清祖國的前途和未來。因此,我們可以認識到文化軟實力的提升是一種與現(xiàn)代化生活相適應(yīng)的思維方式,其本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵就是要改變與當(dāng)今時代不相適應(yīng)的社會精神氣質(zhì)和文化傳統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代化過程,并使其符合現(xiàn)代社會的時代潮流。今天全球化背景下,我國傳統(tǒng)文化的價值內(nèi)涵應(yīng)進行現(xiàn)代性改造,使文化價值尺度達到新時代的標(biāo)準。因此,傳統(tǒng)文化當(dāng)中的文化價值體系能真正實現(xiàn)適應(yīng)未來社會潮流的代表我國的先進文化,幫助人們形成正確的價值觀,以實際行動表明我國社會和文化的進步,建設(shè)美麗中國,詮釋具有深刻內(nèi)涵的中華民族永續(xù)發(fā)展的“中國夢”。為貫徹落實黨的十八大精神關(guān)于全面深化改革的戰(zhàn)略部署,為推進黨的文化建設(shè)提供有效路徑和良好載體,我們必須緊緊圍繞建設(shè)社會主義核心文化價值體系,將我國傳統(tǒng)文化中一切有理論、有系統(tǒng)、有方法的知識體系與科學(xué)認識活動結(jié)合起來,發(fā)展先進文化和培育民族精神,建立與社會主義市場經(jīng)濟相適應(yīng),與中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德相承接的文化現(xiàn)代化思想體系。立足新世紀,中國要實現(xiàn)文化的現(xiàn)代化,需要將現(xiàn)代化中最艱難的文化轉(zhuǎn)型—文化現(xiàn)代化,在馬克思主義哲學(xué)的引導(dǎo)下與中國具體國情相結(jié)合,辨證地把握中國文化現(xiàn)代化的特征,運用中國化的馬克思主義哲學(xué)來指導(dǎo)文化現(xiàn)代化的歷史實踐,有助于我們對文化現(xiàn)代化本質(zhì)的認識提升到一個更高的層次。 本文除緒論和結(jié)語外,包括四個主要部分。第一部分,從理論角度概括了文化現(xiàn)代化是中國特色社會主義的重要組成部分,對當(dāng)代我國社會主義制度進行綜合分析,指出我國文化現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的趨勢。文化現(xiàn)代化的研究意義和表現(xiàn)是社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮的基礎(chǔ),要正確認識和建設(shè)社會主義核心文化價值體系,首先應(yīng)對文化現(xiàn)代化要有一個正確的認識,這是大前提。第二、三部分論述了馬克思主義哲學(xué)對文化現(xiàn)代化的指導(dǎo)作用以及二者互動的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ),指出當(dāng)前我國文化現(xiàn)代化建構(gòu)的整體原則,即要以馬克思主義哲學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),并繼承我國傳統(tǒng)文化精髓來建設(shè)中國特色社會主義。第四部分是文章的結(jié)尾,分析闡述了馬克思主義哲學(xué)在推動中國特色社會主義文化現(xiàn)代化進步中面臨的機遇、挑戰(zhàn)及對策。中國作為社會主義國家,社會的空前變革雖有巨大飛躍,但我國社會主義制度建設(shè)還不完善,這就要求我們發(fā)展的同時積極借鑒世界發(fā)展變化中的合理性因素來完善自己,從而在國際競爭中取得優(yōu)勢地位。文章這一部分具體從政治、經(jīng)濟、文化三方面的機遇、挑戰(zhàn)及對策對如何在社會主義文化現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)推進中科學(xué)借鑒世界發(fā)展的先進因素進行了論證與總結(jié)。鑒于此,本文從馬克思主義哲學(xué)的角度展開,擬從對文化現(xiàn)代化定義的界定,通過總結(jié)探討新時期中國文化現(xiàn)代化思想及其哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的闡釋入手來認識馬克思主義哲學(xué)與文化現(xiàn)代化的關(guān)系,并分析近代以來我國文化現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展趨向,以求對我國文化現(xiàn)代化建構(gòu)作一些探討。所以,追根溯源有必要首先對文化現(xiàn)代化在中國特色社會主義中的重要戰(zhàn)略地位出發(fā),從而才能進一步的展開論述。
[Abstract]:Culture, broadly speaking, refers to the sum of human beings created in the process of social and historical development of material and spiritual wealth. It includes three aspects: material, system and spirit culture. In a narrow sense, culture refers to the ideology of the creation of the spiritual wealth, is condensed in the material and free from materials. Can be the inheritance of religion, religion, customs, academic thoughts, morality, science and technology, literature and art, all kinds of system. With the development of society, culture modernization has become an important part of modernization, is the core element of the modernization of the country, also is an important branch of modern research. Chinese modern culture is the advanced culture inheritance and innovation, the criticism of the traditional culture inheritance, and filter out the unreasonable, not conducive to national development and culture, combined with the specific circumstances of the moment, to absorb all the excellent foreign The culture of innovation. It is developed in Marx's philosophy under the conditions of the socialist harmonious society, because is regarded as the universal and eternal important category in historical materialism, namely the development of a harmonious society is continuous, that a society is to achieve the goal of sustainable development, the social fields must be in harmony coordination. While the actual combination of Marx philosophy and Chinese culture modernization is to give people in Marx's philosophy has nurtured Chinese characteristics, to understand the future of the motherland and the future. Therefore, we can realize the improvement of cultural soft power is a kind of modern life and adapt to the mode of thinking, its essence is the process of do not want to change and adapt to the era of social ethos and cultural tradition and modernization, to meet the modern society today, the trend of the times. Days under the background of globalization, the value connotation of Chinese traditional culture of the modern transformation, the cultural value dimensions meet the new era standards. Therefore, the traditional culture of the cultural value system can truly represent the future society to adapt to the trend of the advanced culture of our country, help people to form correct values, show in China the social and cultural progress in action, the construction of the beautiful China, sustainable development has a profound interpretation of the connotation of the Chinese nation "Chinese dream".
