【摘要】：2016年網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間攻與守的角力更為激烈。一方面,數(shù)以億計(jì)的公民各類信息泄露,"勒索軟件"等黑客軟件大行其道,"郵件門""親信門"事件波動(dòng)政壇……從大眾的日常生活,到政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、外交等等,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的觸角無(wú)所不及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問(wèn)題更為嚴(yán)峻;另一方面,各國(guó)紛紛出臺(tái)舉措,全面加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全建設(shè)。本刊分別以網(wǎng)絡(luò)態(tài)勢(shì)篇、立法篇、國(guó)際事件篇、國(guó)內(nèi)事件篇、安全威脅篇,盤點(diǎn)2016年網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與保密態(tài)勢(shì),借此從不同角度引發(fā)人們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的思考和關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:The network space attack and defense in 2016 is more intense. On the one hand, hundreds of millions of citizens of all kinds of information leak, "extortion software" and other hacker software, the "mail door" "close door" incident fluctuated politics... From the daily life of the public, to the political, economic and military, diplomacy and so on, nothing is impossible the antenna of the network are more serious problems, network security; on the other hand, many countries have introduced measures to strengthen the construction of network security. This paper takes the online situation, legislative articles, international events, domestic events and security threats to check the situation of network security and secrecy in 2016, so as to arouse people's thoughts and concerns on network security from different angles.
