【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)產(chǎn)能出現(xiàn)過剩,經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)下滑的趨勢,國外歐洲等各國出現(xiàn)債務(wù)危機(jī),面對國內(nèi)國外的雙重嚴(yán)峻情形下,我國結(jié)合歷史和當(dāng)前情形,提出了"一帶一路"的戰(zhàn)略部署,來加強(qiáng)我國的發(fā)展,增進(jìn)國際合作。然而中國和南亞的發(fā)展也將隨之而來增加了更多的合作機(jī)會,面對各種挑戰(zhàn),中國和南亞的合作能否得到更進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展,一帶一路的構(gòu)想是機(jī)遇還是挑戰(zhàn),還需時(shí)間和歷史的檢驗(yàn)。本文以要素稟賦為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的角度分析中國-南亞的合作的機(jī)會和挑戰(zhàn),并為我國發(fā)展過程中提出相關(guān)對策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the domestic capacity surplus, economic downward trend, foreign countries such as European debt crisis, the grim situation facing the double at home and abroad, combined with our history and current situation, put forward the "strategic deployment of The Belt and Road", to strengthen the development of our country, promote international cooperation. However, the development of Chinese and South Asia will follow more cooperation opportunities, facing various challenges, Chinese and South Asia cooperation can get further development, the idea The Belt and Road is an opportunity or a challenge, need the test of time and history. Starting from the factor endowments, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of China South Asia cooperation from the perspective of politics, economy and culture, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of China.
