本論文通過對云南煙草發(fā)展的歷史、近況及目前國內(nèi)國際煙草市場的情況進(jìn)行淺析淺析，得出云南卷煙工業(yè)要保證持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展必須提高經(jīng)濟效益。運用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論對云南卷煙工業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部管理進(jìn)行淺析淺析，并在對卷煙工業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益狀況進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了提高云南卷煙工業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的保障和具體的途徑。 本論文首先對云南煙草的發(fā)展歷史和近況進(jìn)行了淺析淺析，并闡述國際、國內(nèi)煙草行業(yè)的情況，進(jìn)而得出云南煙草發(fā)展面臨的困難和機遇就是全面提高卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益。 通過運用經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論對卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益進(jìn)行淺析淺析，在此基礎(chǔ)上。就如何從觀念創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)體制革新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、集團(tuán)化戰(zhàn)略等宏觀管理方面提高卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益進(jìn)行了深入研究，同時從營銷管理、革新企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、加強人力資源管理、強化企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等微觀管理方面，，就如何深化企業(yè)管理推動云南煙草行業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入研究探討。 本論文旨在通過對卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的淺析淺析研究，對云南煙草行業(yè)如何深化現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理，向效益型發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，為云南乃至我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)再作貢獻(xiàn)，提出具有實際意 義的倡議。

【Abstract】 By the analysis to the development of the history and the present situation of YunNan cigarette and the cigarette markets at home and abroad at present, this article elicits the fact that in order to keep the continuous and steady development of YunNan cigarette industry, we must achive better economic results. It introduces the assurance and the concret ways to increase the economic results of YunNan cigarette industry by using the theory of the modern business management to analyse the external circumstances and the internal management, and also to investigate the situation of the economic results of the cigarette industry.Firstly, the article analyses the development of the history and the present situation of YunNan cigarette. And then it elaborates the state of cigarette trades at home and abroad. Accordingly, it educes the result that the difficulties and the apportunities what YunNan cigarette industry face are to improve the economic results of cigarette industry in an overall way.The article bases on the analysis to the economic results of cigrette industry by using the economical theory, explores how to increase the economic results of the cigarette industry from the macro-managements such as developing new concept, reforming the enterpiesesteucture, innovating the technologies and collective strategies; at the same time, italsb researches how to deepen the business management and develop YunNan cigarette markets from the micro-managements such as the management of markerting, reforming the strengthening the operation of the human resources, intensifying the probing to the strategies of developing enterprises, improving the quality of the production, and so on.By means of analyzing the economic results of the cigarette industry, this article bring forward the suggestions fukk of actual meanings to YunNan cigareet markets that how to deepen the modern business management and develop the markets directing at the benifical style. As aresult, we can achieve the continuous and steady development of the cigarette industey and contribute for the economic construction of our YunNan Province and even the whole country.
