在這項(xiàng)研究中,我們旨在解釋公司如何在項(xiàng)目工作人員之間實(shí)現(xiàn)更高水平的知識(shí)共享。本文創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)將社會(huì)資本與隱性知識(shí)共享聯(lián)系起來(lái)的研究模型。社會(huì)聯(lián)系、信任、共同愿景、互惠和共享語(yǔ)言被確定為是實(shí)現(xiàn)符合期望的隱性知識(shí)共享水平的至關(guān)重要的具體社會(huì)因素。此外,我們還探討了如何通過(guò)植根于民族文化的沙特阿拉伯網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)促進(jìn)知識(shí)共享過(guò)程。該研究旨在為組織提供增強(qiáng)隱性知識(shí)共享的方法。通過(guò)這種方式,本文提出了公司應(yīng)該關(guān)注什么,通過(guò)改善知識(shí)共享來(lái)獲得更高的團(tuán)隊(duì)或公司業(yè)績(jī)。目前的實(shí)證研究集中在從組織和團(tuán)隊(duì)角度來(lái)解釋知識(shí)共享的因素與具體指標(biāo)之間的聯(lián)系。構(gòu)建了一個(gè)由社會(huì)聯(lián)系、視覺(jué)、信任和語(yǔ)言為自變量以及隱性知識(shí)共享為依托的研究模型,以解決當(dāng)前阿拉伯社會(huì)中組織公民行為和知識(shí)共享問(wèn)題。在我們的研究中,我們使用了定量分析方法。換句話說(shuō),我們收集了可測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)并使用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析進(jìn)行分析。在我們的研究中,我們使用量化方法來(lái)量化數(shù)據(jù),假設(shè)和推測(cè)從一個(gè)樣本到興趣人群的結(jié)果,在一個(gè)確定的樣本中測(cè)量各種觀點(diǎn)和觀點(diǎn)發(fā)生率以及頻率。該研究是解釋性的,并且采用了調(diào)查策略。這是以一種方式進(jìn)行的,以便所有參與調(diào)查的人都被要求填寫一份英文語(yǔ)言管理的問(wèn)卷...
