在這項研究中,我們旨在解釋公司如何在項目工作人員之間實現(xiàn)更高水平的知識共享。本文創(chuàng)建了一個將社會資本與隱性知識共享聯(lián)系起來的研究模型。社會聯(lián)系、信任、共同愿景、互惠和共享語言被確定為是實現(xiàn)符合期望的隱性知識共享水平的至關(guān)重要的具體社會因素。此外,我們還探討了如何通過植根于民族文化的沙特阿拉伯網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)促進知識共享過程。該研究旨在為組織提供增強隱性知識共享的方法。通過這種方式,本文提出了公司應(yīng)該關(guān)注什么,通過改善知識共享來獲得更高的團隊或公司業(yè)績。目前的實證研究集中在從組織和團隊角度來解釋知識共享的因素與具體指標之間的聯(lián)系。構(gòu)建了一個由社會聯(lián)系、視覺、信任和語言為自變量以及隱性知識共享為依托的研究模型,以解決當(dāng)前阿拉伯社會中組織公民行為和知識共享問題。在我們的研究中,我們使用了定量分析方法。換句話說,我們收集了可測量的數(shù)據(jù)并使用統(tǒng)計分析進行分析。在我們的研究中,我們使用量化方法來量化數(shù)據(jù),假設(shè)和推測從一個樣本到興趣人群的結(jié)果,在一個確定的樣本中測量各種觀點和觀點發(fā)生率以及頻率。該研究是解釋性的,并且采用了調(diào)查策略。這是以一種方式進行的,以便所有參與調(diào)查的人都被要求填寫一份英文語言管理的問卷...
