【摘要】：在產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的不同階段,企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的慣性行為究竟如何影響其創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展,尤其是如何作用于漸進性創(chuàng)新能力已經(jīng)成為學術(shù)界和產(chǎn)業(yè)界關(guān)注的熱點�；陂_放式創(chuàng)新視角,以智能手機產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,通過對該產(chǎn)業(yè)2000—2014年間主要企業(yè)間的專利引用數(shù)據(jù)進行專利網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和層次回歸分析,探討不同技術(shù)發(fā)展階段企業(yè)慣性行為對其漸進性創(chuàng)新能力的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)企業(yè)漸進性創(chuàng)新能力主要受其在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中開放度水平的直接影響,組織慣性通過調(diào)節(jié)二者關(guān)系間接影響漸進性創(chuàng)新能力;(2)在產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的萌芽期,僅結(jié)構(gòu)慣性正向調(diào)節(jié)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新開放度對其漸進性創(chuàng)新能力的影響;(3)在產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的涌現(xiàn)期,組織慣性的調(diào)節(jié)作用消失;(4)在產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定期,結(jié)構(gòu)慣性正向調(diào)節(jié)企業(yè)開放度對漸進性創(chuàng)新能力的影響,認知慣性負向調(diào)節(jié)開放度對漸進性創(chuàng)新能力的影響。
[Abstract]:In different stages of industrial technology development, how the inertia behavior of enterprises in the innovation network affects the development of their innovation ability, especially how to act on the gradual innovation ability has become the focus of academic and industrial attention. Based on the perspective of open innovation, taking the smartphone industry as the research object, through the patent network analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of the patent citation data among the main enterprises in the industry from 2000 to 2014, this paper discusses the influence of the inertia behavior of enterprises on their progressive innovation ability in different technological development stages. The results show that: (1) the progressive innovation ability of enterprises is mainly affected by its openness level in the innovation network, and organizational inertia indirectly affects the progressive innovation ability by adjusting the relationship between the two. (2) in the budding period of industrial technology development, only structural inertia positively adjusts the influence of enterprise innovation openness on its progressive innovation ability, and (2) in the budding period of industrial technology development, only structural inertia positively adjusts the influence of enterprise innovation openness on its progressive innovation ability. (3) in the emergence period of industrial technology development, the regulating effect of organizational inertia disappears; (4) in the stable period of industrial technology development, structural inertia positively adjusts the influence of enterprise openness on progressive innovation ability, and cognitive inertia negative regulation openness on progressive innovation ability.
