【摘要】：本文以依戀理論為基礎(chǔ),將顧客依戀回避作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,分析顧客獲取的關(guān)系收益與服務(wù)企業(yè)形成的關(guān)系質(zhì)量的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),顧客依戀回避程度可以調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系收益和關(guān)系質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,依戀回避程度越高,經(jīng)濟(jì)收益對信任的正向影響越顯著,社會收益對情感承諾的正向影響越顯著,心理收益對信任的正向影響越顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of attachment, this paper takes customer attachment avoidance as a regulating variable, and analyzes the relationship between the relationship income obtained by customers and the relationship quality formed by service enterprises. It is found that the degree of customer attachment avoidance can regulate the relationship between relationship income and relationship quality. The higher the degree of attachment avoidance, the more significant the positive effect of economic income on trust, the more significant the positive effect of social income on emotional commitment, and the more significant the positive effect of psychological income on trust.
