【摘要】：社會資本對個體雙元創(chuàng)新的影響在學(xué)術(shù)界受到重視,厘清社會資本與個體雙元創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系對有效提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力至關(guān)重要。基于社會資本的3個維度提出3對組件(Components),即結(jié)構(gòu)維度的結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)與橋接網(wǎng)絡(luò)、關(guān)系維度的普遍信任與特殊信任以及認(rèn)知維度的共同愿景與組織多樣化,探究每對組件對個體利用性創(chuàng)新與探索性創(chuàng)新的差異性影響,分析各組件緩解個體因兼顧利用性與探索性創(chuàng)新所面臨時間沖突困境的平衡作用,構(gòu)建雙元兼顧的一致型和適應(yīng)型社會資本理論架構(gòu),為管理者善用和慎用社會資本組件、提升員工雙元創(chuàng)新能力提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The influence of social capital on individual dual innovation has been paid attention to in academic circles. It is very important to clarify the relationship between social capital and individual dual innovation in order to effectively enhance the innovation ability of enterprises. Based on the three dimensions of social capital, this paper puts forward three pairs of component (Components), that is, the combination of network and bridge network in the structural dimension, the universal trust and special trust in the relationship dimension, and the common vision and organizational diversification of the cognitive dimension. This paper probes into the difference influence of each pair of components on individual interest innovation and exploratory innovation, and analyzes the balance function of each component in alleviating the dilemma of time conflict faced by individual interest and exploratory innovation. The theoretical framework of consistent and adaptive social capital is constructed, which provides a theoretical basis for managers to make good use of social capital components and make careful use of social capital components and improve employees' dual innovation ability.
