【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動力,如何評估創(chuàng)新效率一直是研究熱點(diǎn)。本文對國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新評估及創(chuàng)新調(diào)查的發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,在對創(chuàng)新評估原理和基本原則進(jìn)行總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,基于新一代信息技術(shù),詳細(xì)分析了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)行的較為有效的創(chuàng)新評估方法。并采用創(chuàng)新調(diào)查技術(shù)中較為典型的DEA方法對我國20家不同領(lǐng)域的企業(yè)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新效率的比較分析。最后,針對基于新一代信息技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新調(diào)查方法的改善提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the driving force of national economic development, and how to evaluate the efficiency of innovation has always been a hot research topic. This paper analyzes the development course and present situation of innovation evaluation and innovation investigation at home and abroad, and on the basis of summing up the principles and basic principles of innovation evaluation, based on the new generation information technology, The existing innovative evaluation methods at home and abroad are analyzed in detail. The typical DEA method in innovation survey technology is used to compare and analyze the innovation efficiency of 20 enterprises in different fields in China. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of innovative survey methods based on new generation information technology.
