【摘要】：近年來被日本電子產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè)廣泛采用的Seru生產(chǎn)是一種兼具柔性和效率的生產(chǎn)方式。訂單指派決策直接影響著Seru生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的柔性水平和生產(chǎn)能力利用率�；趯eru生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)性能評價指標和Seru生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)下訂單指派問題特征的分析,通過識別訂單指派問題中影響柔性和生產(chǎn)能力利用率的4種屬性,即品種、時間、質(zhì)量、成本,分別用以上4種屬性來描述Seru和訂單的特征,構(gòu)建Seru生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)下考慮多重屬性匹配的訂單指派問題的數(shù)學模型,設(shè)計啟發(fā)式算法對模型進行求解,并通過算例證明模型和算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Seru production, which is widely used by Japanese electronic products manufacturing enterprises, is a flexible and efficient mode of production. Order assignment decision directly affects the flexibility level and production capacity utilization of Seru production system. Based on the analysis of the performance evaluation index of Seru production system and the characteristics of order assignment problem in Seru production system, four attributes affecting flexibility and production capacity utilization in order assignment problem are identified, namely, variety, time, quality and cost. The above four attributes are used to describe the characteristics of Seru and order, and the mathematical model of order assignment problem considering multiple attribute matching in Seru production system is constructed, and a heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model. An example is given to prove the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
