【摘要】：以心理要素影響行為選擇作為切入點(diǎn),研究契約違背與新生代科技人才反生產(chǎn)行為的內(nèi)在關(guān)系�；谝粋�(gè)具有調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)和中介效應(yīng)的跨層次分析模型,通過(guò)同源方差分析、驗(yàn)證性因素分析、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析以及回歸分析對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):契約違背正向影響新生代科技人才反生產(chǎn)行為,犬儒主義對(duì)契約違背與反生產(chǎn)行為之間的主效應(yīng)關(guān)系發(fā)揮著中介作用,并且心理資本間接調(diào)節(jié)犬儒主義對(duì)主效應(yīng)的中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the influence of psychological factors on the choice of behavior, this paper studies the internal relationship between contract violation and the anti-production behavior of the new generation of scientific and technological talents. Based on a cross-AHP model with regulation effect and intermediary effect, the data were empirically tested by homologous variance analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. It is found that contract violation positively affects the anti-production behavior of the new generation of scientific and technological talents, and cynicism plays an intermediary role in the main effect relationship between contract violation and anti-production behavior. And psychological capital indirectly adjusts the intermediary effect of cynicism on the main effect.
