【摘要】：本文在代理模型和工資議價模型的基礎(chǔ)上研究了國有企業(yè)改制對企業(yè)的勞動力數(shù)量和成本的動態(tài)影響。本文采用傾向評分匹配-倍差法追蹤了那些在初始年份為國有企業(yè),后來逐步分化成國有、國有控股及私有控股的制造業(yè)企業(yè)。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示,國有企業(yè)改制可以降低企業(yè)人均工資、增加員工數(shù)量。改制前人均工資越高的企業(yè)的員工在改制后承受的收入損失也越大,因此改制有利于降低企業(yè)間員工收入的不平等。只有當(dāng)控股權(quán)由國有資本轉(zhuǎn)移到私有資本手中后,國有企業(yè)改制對工資和就業(yè)的影響才顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the agency model and wage bargaining model, this paper studies the dynamic influence of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises on the number and cost of labor force. In this paper, the tendency score matching-double difference method is used to track the manufacturing enterprises which were state-owned enterprises in the initial year and then gradually divided into state-owned, state-owned holding and private holding enterprises. The empirical results show that the reform of state-owned enterprises can reduce the per capita wage and increase the number of employees. The higher the per capita wage before the reform, the greater the income loss suffered by the employees of the enterprises after the reform, so the reform is conducive to reducing the income inequality among the employees. Only when the controlling equity is transferred from state-owned capital to private capital can the reform of state-owned enterprises have a significant impact on wages and employment.
