【摘要】：在網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系競(jìng)爭(zhēng)時(shí)代,連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)鑲嵌于社會(huì)、文化及制度背景中,具有裙帶治理特征,日益成為影響企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素�；诟�(jìng)爭(zhēng)場(chǎng)的新視角,本文研究了連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、特征和模式,分析了其動(dòng)態(tài)演化機(jī)制和規(guī)律,構(gòu)建了連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)場(chǎng)理論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)場(chǎng)由節(jié)點(diǎn)、關(guān)系和資源構(gòu)成"核心—邊緣"結(jié)構(gòu),核心企業(yè)主導(dǎo)著連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)聯(lián)模式和利益結(jié)構(gòu),能夠控制價(jià)值流、信息流和資源流;(2)基于不同的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)特性和要素作用關(guān)系,連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)出不同的模式,并具有典型的"波粒二象性";(3)連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一種超市場(chǎng)契約,通過(guò)信息擴(kuò)散與交流、跨組織合作、企業(yè)間聯(lián)結(jié)規(guī)則來(lái)發(fā)揮協(xié)調(diào)和控制作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源獲取、規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和監(jiān)督控制等功能;(4)連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)場(chǎng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生收縮、動(dòng)蕩、強(qiáng)化和擴(kuò)張的動(dòng)態(tài)演化特征,資源和市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)不斷通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)極化效應(yīng)向核心企業(yè)聚集。本文的研究不僅有助于深入認(rèn)識(shí)連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),而且有助于企業(yè)建立更有效的連鎖董事戰(zhàn)略,以促進(jìn)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力提升。
[Abstract]:In the era of network relationship competition, the chain director network is embedded in the social, cultural and institutional background, has the characteristics of crony governance, and is increasingly becoming an important factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the new perspective of competition field, this paper studies the microstructure, characteristics and patterns of the chain director network, analyzes its dynamic evolution mechanism and law, and constructs the competition field theory of the chain director network. It is found that: (1) the competition field of the chain director network is composed of nodes, relationships and resources, and the core enterprise dominates the association mode and interest structure of the chain director network, which can control the value flow. Information flow and resource flow; (2) the competition field of chain director network shows different patterns and has typical "wave-particle duality" based on the different microstructure characteristics and the action relationship of factors; (3) chain director network is a kind of super-market contract, which plays the role of coordination and control through information diffusion and communication, cross-organization cooperation and the rules of association between enterprises, and realizes the functions of resource acquisition, risk aversion and supervision and control. (4) the network competition field of chain directors will produce the dynamic evolution characteristics of contraction, turbulence, strengthening and expansion, and the resources and market opportunities will continuously aggregate to the core enterprises through the dynamic polarization effect. The research in this paper is not only helpful to deeply understand the network structure of chain directors, but also help enterprises to establish more effective strategy of chain directors in order to promote the competitiveness of enterprises.
