【摘要】：廣西師范大學(xué)與臺灣4所大學(xué)的聯(lián)合調(diào)研表明,當前臺灣青年的"大陸印象"與其赴大陸"就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿"呈現(xiàn)一定程度的矛盾,偏于負面的"大陸印象"與趨于正面的赴大陸"就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿"同時并存。臺灣青年趨于正面的"大陸就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿"體現(xiàn)了其對大陸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ目陀^認識和對自身職業(yè)生涯的理性規(guī)劃。但是,在偏于負面的"大陸印象"制約下,其意愿仍有轉(zhuǎn)趨保守的可能性。因此,改善臺灣青年的"大陸印象"是促進臺灣青年赴大陸就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的長期和根本任務(wù),可從構(gòu)建"兩岸命運共同體"矯正臺灣青年的"偏獨"史觀,大力促進兩岸青年的體驗式交流,充分發(fā)揮臺商對臺灣青年的正面引導(dǎo)作用等方面解決。
[Abstract]:A joint survey conducted by Guangxi normal University and four universities in Taiwan shows that the current "mainland impression" of Taiwan youth shows a certain degree of contradiction with their "desire for employment and entrepreneurship" to the mainland. The negative impression on the mainland coexists with the positive intention to go to the mainland for employment and entrepreneurship. Taiwan youth tend to positive "mainland employment and entrepreneurship will" reflect their objective understanding of the economic development potential of the mainland and their own rational career planning. However, under the restriction of negative "continental impression", its will still has the possibility of becoming conservative. Therefore, improving the "mainland impression" of Taiwan youth is a long-term and fundamental task of promoting Taiwan youth to go to the mainland for employment and entrepreneurship, and can correct the historical view of "partial independence" of Taiwan youth by building a "community of shared future on both sides of the strait". We will vigorously promote experience-based exchanges between young people on both sides of the strait and give full play to the positive guiding role of Taiwanese businessmen to Taiwan youth.
