【摘要】：利用2008~2013年間67家中國在美上市公司所組成的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用多元層級回歸方法,對可吸收冗余、不可吸收冗余與創(chuàng)新強度之間的關系進行了理論探討和實證分析,并驗證了國際多元化程度在其中所起到的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究表明,可吸收冗余和不可吸收冗余對中國在美上市公司創(chuàng)新強度均有顯著的正向影響,但在現(xiàn)階段,可吸收冗余比不可吸收冗余對創(chuàng)新強度的影響更大;國際多元化程度在可吸收冗余和創(chuàng)新強度的關系中扮演顯著的負向調(diào)節(jié)作用,其在不可吸收冗余和創(chuàng)新強度的關系中扮演顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 67 Chinese listed companies in the United States in 2008-2013, the relationship between absorbable redundancy, non-absorptive redundancy and innovation intensity is discussed theoretically and empirically by using multi-level regression method. And verify the international degree of diversification in which the role of regulation. The research shows that both absorbable redundancy and non-absorbable redundancy have a significant positive effect on the innovation intensity of Chinese listed companies in the United States, but at the present stage, the absorbable redundancy has a greater impact on the innovation intensity than the non-absorbable redundancy. The degree of international diversification plays a significant negative role in the relationship between absorbable redundancy and innovation intensity, and it plays a significant positive role in the relationship between non-absorbable redundancy and innovation intensity.
