職業(yè)生涯韌性與員工的積極情緒:品味的多重中介作用

【摘要】:文章關注品味在職業(yè)生涯韌性與員工積極情緒關系間的多重中介作用。在理論演繹的假設基礎上,通過便利抽樣和滾雪球抽樣相結合的非隨機抽樣調查,運用多重中介模型和PROCESS宏程序等進行分析,結果發(fā)現:職業(yè)生涯韌性與員工的積極情緒顯著正相關;品味當下、預期品味分別在職業(yè)生涯韌性與積極情緒之間起部分中介作用。最后討論了研究的理論貢獻,提出了相應策略建議。
[Abstract]:This article focuses on the multi-mediating role of taste in the relationship between career resilience and employees' positive emotions. On the basis of the hypothesis of theoretical deduction, through the non-random sampling survey which combines convenience sampling and snowball sampling, the multi-intermediary model and PROCESS macro program are used for analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between career resilience and employees' positive emotions. Taste in the present, expected taste in career resilience and positive mood play a part of the intermediary role. Finally, the theoretical contribution of the research is discussed, and the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward.
