【摘要】：在回顧總結(jié)綠色產(chǎn)品與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,以綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新績(jī)效為被解釋變量,企業(yè)環(huán)境許諾與人力資本為解釋變量,以污染密集型行業(yè)的制造業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)探討企業(yè)環(huán)境許諾、人力資本對(duì)綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響。研究表明,企業(yè)環(huán)境許諾對(duì)綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新績(jī)效具有正向影響,并通過(guò)綠色適應(yīng)能力直接影響綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新績(jī)效;人力資本并不直接影響綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新績(jī)效,綠色自適應(yīng)能力在人力資本與綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間起到一定的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the literature related to green product and innovation performance, this paper takes green product innovation performance as explanatory variable, enterprise environmental promise and human capital as explanatory variable, and manufacturing industry in pollution-intensive industries as research object. Based on the structural equation model (SEM), this paper discusses the influence of human capital on the performance of green product innovation. The research shows that the enterprise environmental promise has a positive impact on the green product innovation performance and directly affects the green product innovation performance through the green adaptation ability. Human capital does not directly affect the performance of green product innovation, green adaptive ability plays a certain regulatory effect between human capital and green product innovation performance.
