【摘要】：以114個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)為研究對(duì)象,探討分析了個(gè)體信息開放性對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)信息獲取與信息運(yùn)用的牽制作用與影響,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:個(gè)體的外顯信息開放性與內(nèi)隱信息開放性對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)信息獲取程度與團(tuán)隊(duì)信息運(yùn)用能力均存在顯著正向影響;團(tuán)隊(duì)信息獲取程度對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)信息運(yùn)用能力存在顯著正向影響;團(tuán)隊(duì)信息獲取程度在兩類信息開放性與團(tuán)隊(duì)信息運(yùn)用能力的關(guān)系中均存在部分中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Taking 114 teams as research objects, this paper discusses and analyzes the influence of individual information openness on team information acquisition and information application, and discusses and analyzes the influence of individual information openness on team information acquisition and information application. The empirical results show that the openness of individual explicit information and the openness of implicit information have a significant positive impact on team information acquisition and team information utilization ability. The degree of team information acquisition has a significant positive impact on the ability of team information utilization, and the degree of team information acquisition has a partial intermediary effect in the relationship between two types of information openness and team information utilization ability.
