【摘要】：在當前世界經濟和我國經濟進入深度調整的背景下,企業(yè)要想在國際競爭中占據價值鏈的高端環(huán)節(jié),自主創(chuàng)新是關鍵。本文利用我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)上市公司公開發(fā)布的信息和財務數據,采用實證分析方法,研究了研發(fā)投入、對外直接投資對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響。結果表明,研發(fā)投入、對外直接投資對我國戰(zhàn)略性新興類企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升具有顯著促進作用。對樣本按照產權性質分組后,發(fā)現不同產權性質的企業(yè)研發(fā)投入、對外直接投資對創(chuàng)新能力的影響存在差異。最后,本文從有利于企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提高和產業(yè)發(fā)展方面提出了相應建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the deep adjustment of the world economy and China's economy, independent innovation is the key for enterprises to occupy the high-end links of the value chain in the international competition. This paper makes use of the information and financial data published by listed companies of strategic emerging industries in China, and studies the influence of R & D investment and foreign direct investment on the innovation ability of enterprises by using the method of empirical analysis. The results show that R & D investment and foreign direct investment (OFDI) play a significant role in promoting the innovation ability of strategic emerging enterprises in China. After grouping the samples according to the nature of property right, it is found that there are differences in the influence of foreign direct investment on innovation ability of enterprises with different nature of property right in R & D investment. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of improving the innovation ability of enterprises and the development of industry.
