【摘要】：企業(yè)成長是一國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要微觀基礎(chǔ)。本文結(jié)合我國的金融環(huán)境,通過理論分析與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,研究產(chǎn)融結(jié)合對我國企業(yè)成長的影響。研究表明:參股金融機(jī)構(gòu)能夠促進(jìn)我國企業(yè)的成長,但只有持股比例達(dá)到一定程度,這一促進(jìn)效應(yīng)才能有效發(fā)揮。進(jìn)一步的影響機(jī)制研究表明,融資約束的緩解與創(chuàng)新能力的增加是產(chǎn)融結(jié)合促進(jìn)企業(yè)成長的重要渠道。最后,本文還考慮了外部金融環(huán)境的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度、地區(qū)金融發(fā)展水平等外部金融環(huán)境因素能夠顯著影響產(chǎn)融結(jié)合對我國企業(yè)成長的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Enterprise growth is an important micro-foundation of a country's economic development. Based on the financial environment of our country, this paper studies the influence of the combination of industry and finance on the growth of Chinese enterprises by means of the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research. The research shows that the participating financial institutions can promote the growth of Chinese enterprises, but only when the proportion of shareholding reaches a certain extent, the promotion effect can be brought into play effectively. Further research on the impact mechanism shows that the mitigation of financing constraints and the increase of innovation ability are the important channels to promote the growth of enterprises through the combination of industry and finance. Finally, the paper also considers the influence of external financial environment, and finds that the virtual economy and the real economy develop harmoniously. The external financial environment factors, such as the level of regional financial development, can significantly affect the promoting effect of the combination of industry and finance on the growth of enterprises in China.
