【摘要】：通過實驗研究群體決策和大五人格對報童訂購的影響。研究表明大五人格中開放性維度能很好地預(yù)測個體和群體決策者的訂購行為。在個體實驗中,開放性越高的個體更不易產(chǎn)生錨定效應(yīng),其他四種人格特性與錨定偏差無顯著關(guān)系;在群體實驗中,群體的開放性得分均值、群體中高開放性成員所占的比例與錨定偏差呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。通過比較兩種實驗結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)群體錨定傾向明顯小于個體錨定傾向,而群體決策并沒有優(yōu)于個體決策。該研究結(jié)果對企業(yè)人員招聘、構(gòu)建決策團(tuán)隊及降低決策偏差有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:The influence of group decision-making and big five personality on newspaper children's ordering was studied experimentally. The study shows that the open dimension of the Big five personality can predict the ordering behavior of individual and group decision makers. In the individual experiment, the more open the individual is, the less likely to produce anchoring effect, while the other four personality traits have no significant relationship with anchoring deviation. In the group experiment, there was a negative correlation between the average open score of the group, the proportion of the high open members in the group and the anchoring deviation. By comparing the two experimental results, it is found that the group anchoring tendency is obviously smaller than the individual anchoring tendency, and the group decision-making is not superior to the individual decision-making. The results have some reference value for recruiting personnel, building decision-making team and reducing decision-making deviation.
