【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,國(guó)企混改當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)的最爭(zhēng)論性的問(wèn)題就是應(yīng)當(dāng)按照何種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行改革。為了促進(jìn)國(guó)企混改順利進(jìn)行,需要全面掌握國(guó)企混改的相關(guān)規(guī)定以及根本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在促進(jìn)改革期間探索的的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以看出,國(guó)企混改的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在于解放和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力。解讀該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的深層意思就是加強(qiáng)鬼泣在國(guó)企生產(chǎn)效率,提升國(guó)企核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,這樣能夠幫助企業(yè)更好地履行社會(huì)責(zé)任。在國(guó)企混改期間避免進(jìn)入到私有化錯(cuò)誤方向,需要全面堅(jiān)持國(guó)企混改的正確路線和目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:At present, the most controversial question in the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises is which standard should be followed. In order to promote the smooth implementation of the mixed reform of the state-owned enterprises, it is necessary to grasp the relevant regulations and basic standards of the mixed reform of the state-owned enterprises in an all-round way. The experience of promoting reform shows that the standard of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises lies in liberating and developing productive forces. The underlying meaning of this standard is to strengthen the productivity of SOEs and enhance the core competitiveness of SOEs, which can help enterprises better fulfill their social responsibilities. In order to avoid entering the wrong direction of privatization during the period of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises, it is necessary to fully adhere to the correct line and goal of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises.
