組織雙元性實現(xiàn)路徑及約束條件——核心能力迭代創(chuàng)新視角的研究

【摘要】:以柯達、富士兩家企業(yè)為案例研究對象,從核心競爭力迭代視角深入探討企業(yè)在構(gòu)建組織雙元性路徑時受到的約束條件及其核心競爭力轉(zhuǎn)化過程與內(nèi)在機制。打開了企業(yè)在遭遇行業(yè)沖擊后失敗的"黑箱",深入、詳細地闡釋了企業(yè)實踐組織雙元性的約束條件,找到了企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的核心競爭力迭代機制,即創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化后的原核心競爭力、新一代核心競爭力,以及潛在的核心競爭力三者間相互轉(zhuǎn)化、相互支持的內(nèi)在迭代機制,并闡明了各約束條件促進或者制約組織雙元性實踐的原因和方式。研究結(jié)論豐富了組織雙元性及其實現(xiàn)路徑的相關(guān)理論體系,對中國企業(yè)進行變革與戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型具有重要的理論和實踐價值。
[Abstract]:Taking Kodak and Fuji as the case study object, this paper probes into the constraint conditions and the transformation process and internal mechanism of core competence in the construction of dual organizational path from the perspective of core competence iteration. It opens the "black box" of the failure of the enterprise after the industry impact, explains in depth and in detail the constraint conditions of the duality of the practical organization of the enterprise, and finds out the iterative mechanism of the core competence of the enterprise transformation, that is, the original core competence after the innovation optimization. The inner iterative mechanism of the transformation and mutual support among the new generation of core competence and the potential core competence, and the reasons and ways of promoting or restricting the dualistic practice of organizations under various constraints are expounded. The conclusion enriches the relevant theoretical system of organizational duality and its realization path, and has important theoretical and practical value for the transformation and strategic transformation of Chinese enterprises.
