SC公司員工幫助計(jì)劃(EAP)實(shí)施案例研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been an emerging enterprise project whose main function is to assess the mental health of the employees and help solve the psychological problems of the employees. This project is called the employee help Program (Employee Assistance Programs,). The development time of EAP). EAP in China is relatively short. For enterprises, this is a new field, which still needs a lot of practice and exploration. Domestic enterprises in the current development environment, need to face a lot of pressure, but also to bear more market risks and other problems, otherwise, enterprises will face the dilemma of being eliminated by the times. In such an environment, enterprises pay more attention to the professional quality of their employees, and their requirements become more stringent, and the pressure on their employees is becoming greater and greater, resulting in a lot of psychological pressure and psychological problems, etc. The increase of pressure leads to the reduction of efficiency, and the low efficiency will make the pressure of employees greater, and then form a vicious circle, resulting in the reduction of efficiency of employees and organizations. In view of this kind of situation, the enterprise proposes that EAP, will greatly improve the working state and mental state of the employees, and then promote the employees to enhance the efficiency of the enterprise. In this paper, the basic content of EAP is expounded in the process of EAP, and the basic situation of developing EAP in domestic and foreign enterprises is briefly introduced. Secondly, through the actual case of SC company, the main contents include its corporate background, related corporate culture and organizational structure, and so on. And through the specific case of the EAP project in SC company to explain, from the impact of the EAP project and staff status and work efficiency are expounded. The case includes not only the theory of social exchange, but also the theory of personality matching. And put forward improvement measures to the problem, for better implementation of EAP project to accumulate more experience.
