知識(shí)距離、知識(shí)尋求與員工創(chuàng)新行為:有調(diào)節(jié)的中介模型

【摘要】:從知識(shí)共享接收者視角,探索不同類型人際關(guān)系中知識(shí)距離對(duì)員工創(chuàng)新行為的作用機(jī)制。研究表明,員工間較大的知識(shí)距離會(huì)抑制員工向同事的知識(shí)尋求進(jìn)而抑制員工創(chuàng)新行為;員工與上級(jí)間較大的知識(shí)距離會(huì)抑制員工向上級(jí)的知識(shí)尋求繼而抑制員工創(chuàng)新行為;同事信任在員工間知識(shí)距離與向同事知識(shí)尋求的行為關(guān)系中起負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)-成員交換在員工同上級(jí)的知識(shí)距離與向上級(jí)知識(shí)尋求的關(guān)系中起負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of knowledge sharing receiver, this paper explores the mechanism of knowledge distance acting on employee innovation behavior in different types of interpersonal relationships. The research shows that the larger knowledge distance between employees will restrain employees from seeking knowledge from colleagues and then restrain employees' innovation behavior, and the larger knowledge distance between employees and superiors will restrain employees from seeking knowledge from their superiors and then inhibit their innovation behavior. The trust of colleagues plays a negative role in the relationship between knowledge distance between employees and behavior seeking knowledge from colleagues, and the exchange of leader-member plays a negative role in the relationship between the knowledge distance between employees and their superiors and the knowledge seeking from their superiors.
