【摘要】：利用世界銀行2012年對(duì)我國企業(yè)進(jìn)行的投資環(huán)境調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究了我國企業(yè)尋租行為對(duì)其增長的影響及影響渠道。研究表明,在全國層面,尋租對(duì)企業(yè)增長的直接影響為負(fù),但卻能夠幫助企業(yè)擴(kuò)大出口、增加雇工、更容易獲取銀行貸款和減免稅費(fèi),尋租在總體上促進(jìn)企業(yè)增長。分地區(qū)的研究結(jié)果顯示,東南沿海地區(qū)的企業(yè)尋租主要是為了擴(kuò)大出口,而其他地區(qū)的企業(yè)尋租主要是為了獲取銀行貸款和減免稅費(fèi),說明不同地區(qū)在制度效率、法制環(huán)境、政商關(guān)系上存在異質(zhì)性,預(yù)防和打擊腐敗的著力點(diǎn)應(yīng)在不同地區(qū)間有所差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the investment environment survey data of Chinese enterprises conducted by the World Bank in 2012, this paper empirically studies the influence of rent-seeking behavior on the growth of Chinese enterprises and its influence channels. The research shows that at the national level, rent-seeking has a negative direct impact on the growth of enterprises, but it can help enterprises expand exports, increase employment, obtain bank loans and reduce taxes and fees more easily, and rent-seeking can promote the growth of enterprises as a whole. The results of research by region show that the main purpose of enterprise rent-seeking in southeast coastal areas is to expand exports, while in other regions enterprises seek rent mainly to obtain bank loans and reduce taxes and fees. This shows that different regions are in the institutional efficiency and legal environment. There is heterogeneity in the relationship between government and business, so the focus of preventing and combating corruption should be different in different regions.
