【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)逐漸成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著建筑市場(chǎng)的繁榮,承包商的數(shù)量不斷增多,對(duì)于業(yè)主而言,選擇合適的承包商對(duì)于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的價(jià)值和目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)至關(guān)重要。本文以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),探討將推薦信任即承包商前業(yè)主的推薦引入建設(shè)項(xiàng)目承包商選擇中,研究業(yè)主對(duì)曾有過合作的承包商的信任影響因素及信任度評(píng)價(jià)。本文以業(yè)主對(duì)曾有過合作的承包商的信任為研究對(duì)象。首先,通過對(duì)已有文獻(xiàn)的分析、總結(jié),并聯(lián)系建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),將建設(shè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)主對(duì)曾有過合作的承包商信任的影響因素分為承包商特征、項(xiàng)目中交互情況、項(xiàng)目完成及后續(xù)情況和合作情況四個(gè)維度,以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)主信任的理論模型。其次,通過問卷調(diào)查方式獲得207份有效問卷,利用問卷數(shù)據(jù)通過SPSS20.0與AMOS21軟件檢驗(yàn)理論模型及研究假設(shè),并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行修正,結(jié)果表明承包商能力、交流溝通、爭(zhēng)端的處理、項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)完成情況、售后服務(wù)與合作經(jīng)歷均是業(yè)主信任的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)因素。最后,以通過結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型驗(yàn)證的關(guān)鍵因素為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)建立建設(shè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)主對(duì)承包商信任度評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建信任度的評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)主信任度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了以關(guān)鍵影響因素構(gòu)建建設(shè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)主信任度指標(biāo)體系的合理性與有效性。本文通過對(duì)業(yè)主對(duì)曾合作過的承包商信任影響因素及信任度評(píng)價(jià)的研究,豐富了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域信任的研究,并為將推薦信任用于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目承包商選擇奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, the construction industry has gradually become the pillar industry of the national economy. With the prosperity of the construction market, the number of contractors is increasing. For the owner, it is very important to select the right contractor for the realization of the value and goal of the construction project. This paper takes this as the starting point to discuss the influence factors and the evaluation of the company's trust to the contractor who has ever cooperated with the former contractor in the selection of the contractor in the construction project. This paper focuses on the employer's trust in the contractor who has ever cooperated. First of all, through the analysis and summary of the existing literature, and according to the characteristics of the construction project, the factors that affect the owner's trust in the contractor have been divided into the characteristics of the contractor and the interaction in the project. Based on the four dimensions of project completion and follow-up and cooperation, the theoretical model of building project owner trust is constructed. Secondly, 207 valid questionnaires are obtained by questionnaire, and the theoretical models and research hypotheses are tested by SPSS20.0 and AMOS21 software, and the model is modified. The results show that the contractor has the ability to communicate, communicate and deal with disputes. The completion of project objectives, after-sales service and cooperation experience are the key drivers of the owner's trust. Finally, the key factors verified by the structural equation model are taken as the evaluation index to establish the evaluation index system of the employer's trust to the contractor, and the BP neural network is used to build the evaluation model of the trust degree. This paper evaluates the trust degree of the owner of the construction project, and the evaluation result verifies the rationality and validity of constructing the index system of the trust degree of the owner of the construction project with the key influencing factors. In this paper, the author studies the factors affecting the contractor's trust and the evaluation of the trust degree, which enriches the research on the trust in the construction project field, and lays a foundation for the application of the recommended trust to the contractor selection of the construction project.
