【摘要】：當(dāng)今是信息時(shí)代,信息技術(shù)給人們的生產(chǎn)、生活、消費(fèi)方式帶來(lái)巨大改變,甚至顛覆了傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)作模式。隨著國(guó)家對(duì)央企改革創(chuàng)新和全面推進(jìn)管理會(huì)計(jì)體系建設(shè)要求,2015年郵政企業(yè)以ERP系統(tǒng)推廣應(yīng)用為手段,改變傳統(tǒng)管理思想,實(shí)現(xiàn)會(huì)計(jì)與業(yè)務(wù)的有機(jī)融合,將信息化手段貫穿企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理、服務(wù)全過(guò)程,利用信息化手段改變傳統(tǒng)管理的滯后、管理成本高的情況,保證企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,確保市場(chǎng)占有率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文以省郵政分公司ERP財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊應(yīng)用為背景,目的是通過(guò)分析財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出解決問(wèn)題手段,為ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用理論提供實(shí)證支持,并為其他企業(yè)ERP財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊應(yīng)用提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文首先對(duì)研究的背景、目的、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外ERP相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述,說(shuō)明了研究的內(nèi)容及框架,其次對(duì)ERP財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊應(yīng)用中的系統(tǒng)功能不全、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題多和與外部監(jiān)管要求脫軌等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,找出問(wèn)題的成因。本文通過(guò)模塊優(yōu)化方案來(lái)解決業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化后置導(dǎo)致的系統(tǒng)功能不全和與外部監(jiān)管要求脫軌等問(wèn)題,從明確職責(zé)分工、建立完善制度、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)、全面清理數(shù)據(jù)、做好上線準(zhǔn)備工作和簡(jiǎn)化錯(cuò)誤更改流程等方面解決由于員工認(rèn)識(shí)不足、準(zhǔn)備工作不充分和信息化基礎(chǔ)薄弱導(dǎo)致的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,最后對(duì)落實(shí)優(yōu)化方案和保障條件后的效果進(jìn)行闡述和分析。本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)檢索、比較分析、理論結(jié)合實(shí)際、總結(jié)歸納以及實(shí)際調(diào)查等方法,對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,在保證省郵政分公司ERP財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊應(yīng)用成功推廣基礎(chǔ)上,提高了企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管控能力和精細(xì)化管理水平。
[Abstract]:Today is the information age. Information technology has brought great changes to people's production, life and consumption mode, and even overturned the traditional economic operation mode. With the reform and innovation of central enterprises and the requirement of comprehensively promoting the construction of management accounting system, postal enterprises in 2015 adopted the popularization and application of ERP system as a means to change the traditional management ideas and realize the organic integration of accounting and business. Through the whole process of enterprise production, management, management and service, the informationization means can be used to change the lag of traditional management and the situation of high management cost, so as to ensure that enterprises stand out in the market competition. Ensure market share and economic benefits. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems in the application of the ERP financial management module of provincial postal branch, and to put forward the means to solve the problems, and to provide empirical support for the application theory of the ERP system. And provide experience for other enterprise ERP financial management module application. In this paper, the background, purpose and significance of the research, the related theories of ERP at home and abroad are expounded, and the contents and framework of the research are explained. Secondly, the system functions in the application of the ERP financial management module are not complete. The problems of data quality and derailment with external supervision are analyzed in detail to find out the causes of the problems. In this paper, we solve the problems of incomplete system function and derailment from the external supervision requirements caused by the post-optimization of business process through module optimization scheme. We should make clear the division of duties, establish a perfect system, strengthen training, and clean up the data in an all-round way. To solve the data quality problems caused by the lack of understanding of the staff, inadequate preparation and weak information foundation in the aspects of preparing for the line and simplifying the process of error change, etc. At last, the effect of the optimized scheme and the guarantee condition is expounded and analyzed. In this paper, the methods of literature retrieval, comparative analysis, theory combined with practice, summing up and actual investigation are used to expound the problems found and solved in detail. On the basis of the successful application and popularization of the ERP financial management module of provincial postal branch, the financial control ability and fine management level of the enterprise are improved.
