【摘要】：作為20世紀(jì)70年代以來的管理學(xué)研究前沿領(lǐng)域之一,社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)以新的研究視角解釋管理學(xué)問題。本文從社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究視角出發(fā),探討管理學(xué)研究中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)范式。具體圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)范式的興起,"關(guān)系"定量化,社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究視角和在管理學(xué)研究的應(yīng)用,以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)范式下管理學(xué)研究前沿幾個方面展開,試圖展示網(wǎng)絡(luò)范式下管理學(xué)研究概況,并就社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)在該領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的未來發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:As one of the frontiers of management research since the 1970s, social networks explain management problems from a new perspective. From the perspective of social network, this paper discusses the network paradigm in management research. Focusing on the rise of network paradigm, the quantification of "relationship", the perspective of social network research and its application in management research, and the frontier of management research under network paradigm, this paper tries to show the general situation of management research under network paradigm. The future development direction of the application of social network in this field is also discussed.
