基于雙導(dǎo)向的再創(chuàng)能力影響機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),尤其是近20年,一大批中國(guó)企業(yè)開(kāi)始崛起。我國(guó)企業(yè)特別是新興企業(yè)處于比較弱小的狀態(tài),面臨市場(chǎng)和技術(shù)雙重劣勢(shì),要在當(dāng)下如此劇烈波動(dòng)的環(huán)境中持續(xù)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),就需要通過(guò)不斷創(chuàng)新來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)是企業(yè)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一。迭代創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品快速創(chuàng)新的一種非常重要的開(kāi)發(fā)模式,企業(yè)知識(shí)資源是實(shí)現(xiàn)迭代創(chuàng)新的重要資源,在企業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中動(dòng)態(tài)平衡企業(yè)內(nèi)外部知識(shí)是可以實(shí)現(xiàn)迭代創(chuàng)新的重要途徑,再創(chuàng)能力是能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)平衡內(nèi)外部知識(shí)整合的能力,什么因素能夠影響再創(chuàng)能力的形成和發(fā)展成為一個(gè)重要研究問(wèn)題,本文將從客戶導(dǎo)向和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者導(dǎo)向兩個(gè)視角出發(fā),運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究方法揭示再創(chuàng)能力的影響機(jī)制。本文首先梳理了本研究所需要的相關(guān)理論,建立了客戶導(dǎo)向、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者導(dǎo)向、知識(shí)整合、創(chuàng)造性模仿與再創(chuàng)能力之間的關(guān)系,并構(gòu)建了客戶導(dǎo)向與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者導(dǎo)向?qū)υ賱?chuàng)能力影響機(jī)制的模型。通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,揭示了再創(chuàng)能力的影響機(jī)制,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者導(dǎo)向是通過(guò)知識(shí)整合中介作用去影響企業(yè)再創(chuàng)能力的,客戶導(dǎo)向?qū)υ賱?chuàng)能力的直接作用不顯著,但可以通過(guò)影響知識(shí)整合、創(chuàng)造性模仿間接影響到再創(chuàng)能力。知識(shí)整合、創(chuàng)造性模仿對(duì)再創(chuàng)能力的形成和發(fā)展都起到重要作用。結(jié)合案例分析,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明再創(chuàng)能力的影響機(jī)制。最后,從建立以客戶和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者為導(dǎo)向的企業(yè)文化、建立健全的知識(shí)整合管理機(jī)制和提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)造性模仿的能力三個(gè)方面提升再創(chuàng)能力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially in the past 20 years, a large number of Chinese enterprises began to rise. Chinese enterprises, especially the new ones, are in a weak state and face a double disadvantage of market and technology. In order to gain competitive advantage in such a volatile environment, we need to achieve continuous innovation. Product innovation has been one of the core competitiveness of enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. Iterative innovation has become a very important development model for rapid product innovation. Enterprise knowledge resource is an important resource to realize iterative innovation. In the process of enterprise development, the dynamic balance of internal and external knowledge is an important way to achieve iterative innovation, and the ability of reinventing is the ability to achieve dynamic balance of internal and external knowledge integration. What factors can affect the formation and development of the ability to reproduce has become an important research issue. This paper will use empirical research methods to reveal the influence mechanism of the ability of reproduction from the two perspectives of customer orientation and competitor orientation. This paper firstly combs the relevant theories needed in this research, and establishes the relationship between customer orientation, competitor orientation, knowledge integration, creative imitation and recreation ability. The model of the influence mechanism of customer orientation and competitor orientation on the ability of reproduction is constructed. Through the empirical research, it reveals the influence mechanism of the ability of recreation. The competitor orientation influences the ability of reproduction through the intermediary function of knowledge integration. The direct effect of customer orientation on the ability of reproduction is not significant, but it can be influenced by the integration of knowledge. Creative imitation indirectly affects the ability to recreate. Knowledge integration and creative imitation play an important role in the formation and development of reproduction ability. Combined with a case study, the influence mechanism of recreation ability is further explained. At last, we can improve the ability of innovation from three aspects: establishing the enterprise culture oriented by customers and competitors, establishing a sound management mechanism of knowledge integration and improving the ability of enterprise creative imitation.
