訂單陸續(xù)到達(dá)下虛擬單元重調(diào)度驅(qū)動(dòng)決策

【摘要】:針對(duì)虛擬單元制造系統(tǒng)中新訂單陸續(xù)到達(dá)的情形,研究了判斷是否以及何時(shí)進(jìn)行重調(diào)度的問題,即重調(diào)度驅(qū)動(dòng)決策,以避免頻繁的重調(diào)度;谒岢龅奶摂M單元重調(diào)度非線性整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,結(jié)合混合離散粒子群算法,提出了新的基于損益的周期-事件混合重調(diào)度驅(qū)動(dòng)決策方法。在每個(gè)重調(diào)度決策時(shí)刻,從時(shí)間的角度衡量了執(zhí)行虛擬單元重調(diào)度方案將會(huì)產(chǎn)生的損失與收益,建立了損益函數(shù),由此對(duì)重調(diào)度決策時(shí)刻進(jìn)行判定和篩選,過濾掉不必要的重調(diào)度。最后,以船舶建造為例,驗(yàn)證了所提出的混合重調(diào)度驅(qū)動(dòng)決策方法的可行性和有效性。實(shí)例表明,該方法能夠在保證調(diào)度得到優(yōu)化的同時(shí),有效地減少重調(diào)度頻率。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid frequent rescheduling, the problem of deciding whether and when to reschedule is studied in order to avoid the frequent rescheduling in virtual cell manufacturing system (VCMs). Based on the proposed nonlinear integer programming model of virtual cell rescheduling and combined with hybrid discrete particle swarm optimization, a new cyclic-event hybrid rescheduling driven decision method based on profit and loss is proposed. At each time of rescheduling decision, the losses and benefits of executing virtual cell rescheduling scheme are measured from the point of view of time, and the profit and loss function is established, and then the decision time of rescheduling decision is judged and filtered. Filter out unnecessary rescheduling. Finally, taking ship construction as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed hybrid rescheduling driving decision method are verified. The example shows that this method can effectively reduce the rescheduling frequency while ensuring the optimization of scheduling.
