【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,跨國(guó)公司為保持市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和技術(shù)領(lǐng)先地位在全球范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行RD投資,這為東道國(guó)通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)獲取跨國(guó)公司技術(shù)資源以提高本國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)水平創(chuàng)造了機(jī)會(huì)。從前向關(guān)聯(lián)模式角度入手,研究了跨國(guó)公司與東道國(guó)本土企業(yè)通過(guò)RD投資建立產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)的動(dòng)因、關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)及技術(shù)溢出路徑,揭示了跨國(guó)公司RD投資與東道國(guó)企業(yè)建立前向關(guān)聯(lián)的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,可為我國(guó)政府有效利用跨國(guó)公司RD投資提升本土企業(yè)技術(shù)水平提供相應(yīng)的管理啟示和政策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, in order to maintain the market competitive advantage and the leading position of technology, multinational corporations invest in RD all over the world. This creates an opportunity for the host country to acquire the technological resources of multinational companies through industrial linkage to improve the technological level of their own industries. From the perspective of forward correlation model, this paper studies the motivation, spillover effect and technology spillover path of establishing industrial association between multinational corporations and local enterprises of host country through RD investment. This paper reveals the internal mechanism of establishing forward correlation between multinational corporation RD investment and host country enterprises, which can provide corresponding management enlightenment and policy advice for our government to utilize multinational corporation RD investment effectively to improve the technology level of local enterprises.
