【摘要】：以不同技術(shù)距離情境下合作研發(fā)項(xiàng)目為分析單元,采用多案例方法對知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化如何影響能力獲取進(jìn)行了探討。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):研發(fā)技術(shù)知識(shí)深度嵌入研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的行為中,且以不同的知識(shí)形式存在;技術(shù)距離表現(xiàn)為廣度距離和深度距離,二者的交互效應(yīng)決定了合作研發(fā)的技術(shù)距離情境;在不同的技術(shù)距離情境下,建立了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化推動(dòng)研發(fā)能力獲取的理論模型,探討了不同知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化形式的能力獲取效應(yīng)。拓展了對合作研發(fā)中研發(fā)知識(shí)及其轉(zhuǎn)化形式的理解,對基于外部知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化的研發(fā)能力獲取具有啟示作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the cooperative R & D project under different technological distance as the analysis unit, the multi-case method is used to discuss how knowledge transformation affects the acquisition of ability. It is found that the depth of R & D technical knowledge is embedded in the behavior of R & D team and exists in different forms of knowledge, the technological distance is shown as the breadth distance and the depth distance, and the interaction between them determines the technological distance situation of cooperative R & D. A theoretical model of knowledge transformation to promote R & D capability acquisition is established in different technological distance situations, and the effects of different knowledge transformation forms on the acquisition of R & D capability are discussed. It expands the understanding of R & D knowledge and its transformation form in cooperative R & D, and it has enlightening effect on the acquisition of R & D capability based on external knowledge transformation.
