大規(guī)模單件定制化生產(chǎn)模式研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology represented by mobile intelligent Internet, consumers' right to speak in the market economy is further enhanced. In order to better meet the needs of consumers to cope with fierce competition, some enterprises have explored a large-scale single-piece customized production model based on mobile intelligent Internet, and achieved periodic results. This paper is aimed at this new production model and launched the research. This paper takes (GE), Haier, Xiaomi, Red Collar, Uber and Airbnb as the object of the case study, and analyzes the production mode of GE, Haier and Xiaomi, respectively, and the production mode of durable consumer goods of Haier and Xiaomi, respectively. The fast moving consumer goods production mode of red collar and the service supply mode of Uber and Airbnb are analyzed. Thirdly, the forming conditions of large-scale customized production mode based on mobile intelligent Internet for GE (GE), Haier, Xiaomi, Red Collar, Uber and Airbnb are analyzed and summarized. Finally, the basic features of this new production model are refined. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the conditions of large-scale customized production mode are the popularization of mass data computing power, mobile intelligent Internet, a large amount of information and communication platform, and a great deal of information acquisition ability breakthrough. Second, in the large-scale one-piece customized production mode, a large amount of information acquisition, communication interaction and computing make consumers become product designers, the production process to achieve full intelligence and customer service lifetime. Thirdly, the large-scale customized production model not only meets the individual needs of consumers, but also ensures the production efficiency, and realizes the large-scale production of the same assembly line of different products. After the commercialization of the three conditions, the enterprises should seek the large-scale customized production mode according to the changing conditions and basic characteristics of the large-scale one-piece customization production mode in order to obtain the new competitive advantage.
