新時代鄉(xiāng)村文化與農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿

【摘要】:基于對湖南、湖北等十六省市農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的專項調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實證分析新時代鄉(xiāng)村文化視角下農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的影響因素,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)是一種內(nèi)生的動機(jī):發(fā)達(dá)的通訊技術(shù)縮短了時空距離,沖淡了農(nóng)村的親情文化,削弱了農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿;信息文化與學(xué)習(xí)文化對于鼓勵和扶持農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)至關(guān)重要,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的個體文化基礎(chǔ)影響了返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的意愿,知識和綜合素質(zhì)在返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)中的作用越來越大;政策文化對于農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響主要體現(xiàn)在金融支持方面,返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)者對創(chuàng)業(yè)資金的需求迫切,亟需政府的金融支持;農(nóng)民的就業(yè)文化影響了農(nóng)民工外出務(wù)工職業(yè)、地點和時間的選擇,間接影響農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿。
[Abstract]:Based on the special investigation data of migrant workers' entrepreneurial willingness to return to their hometown in 16 provinces and cities such as Hunan and Hubei, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of migrant workers' willingness to start their own business from the perspective of rural culture in the new era. The study found that migrant workers returning home to start a business is an endogenous motivation: developed communication technology shortens the distance between time and space, dilutes the rural kinship culture, and weakens the willingness of migrant workers to return home to start a business; Information culture and learning culture are very important for encouraging and supporting migrant workers to return to their hometown to start their own businesses. The individual cultural foundation of entrepreneurs influences their willingness to start their own businesses. Knowledge and comprehensive quality play an increasingly important role in returning to their hometown to start their own businesses. The impact of policy culture on migrant workers returning home to start a business is mainly reflected in the financial support. The return entrepreneurs are in urgent need of venture capital and need the financial support of the government. Farmers' employment culture affects the choice of migrant workers' occupation, location and time, and indirectly affects the willingness of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses.
