設(shè)計(jì)置換股權(quán)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:目的隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)對(duì)品牌戰(zhàn)略與產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的迫切需要,我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來(lái)高速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇。以設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)為主要盈利模式的現(xiàn)狀導(dǎo)致我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)普遍體量不大,規(guī)模難以復(fù)制。探索如何通過(guò)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,突破傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的發(fā)展瓶頸,實(shí)現(xiàn)本土設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的躍遷式發(fā)展。方法提出"設(shè)計(jì)置換股權(quán)"的創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式,從根本上改變商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)與所服務(wù)企業(yè)間的合作關(guān)系。通過(guò)對(duì)一批"雙創(chuàng)"項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)入股孵化,逐步優(yōu)化該模式的方法與流程,成功實(shí)施若干案例。結(jié)論為產(chǎn)學(xué)研中的商業(yè)模式設(shè)計(jì)研究及實(shí)施國(guó)家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了新的設(shè)計(jì)策略和思路,為我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式突圍,實(shí)現(xiàn)顛覆式的創(chuàng)新提供了實(shí)踐案例基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective with the urgent need of brand strategy and product innovation in regional economic transformation and upgrading, China's design industry is facing the opportunity of rapid development. The current situation that the design fee is the main profit mode causes the design organization in our country to be small in volume and difficult to replicate. This paper explores how to break through the bottleneck of the development of traditional business model and realize the transition development of local design institutions through the innovation of business model. Methods the innovative business model of "design replacement equity" is put forward, which fundamentally changes the cooperative relationship between commercial design institutions and the enterprises they serve. Through the design and hatching of a batch of mass entrepreneurship and innovation projects, the method and flow of the model are optimized step by step, and some cases are successfully implemented. Conclusion it provides a new design strategy and train of thought for the study of business model design and the implementation of the national strategy of innovation-driven development. It also provides a practical case basis for the breakthrough of the commercial model of the design industry in China and the realization of subversive innovation.
