【摘要】：本文以微觀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為研究樣本,對(duì)家庭生育水平與創(chuàng)業(yè)行為決策之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了理論探討和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),并進(jìn)一步考察了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、性別角色分工在兩者關(guān)系中的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,家庭子女人數(shù)與創(chuàng)業(yè)可能性是正相關(guān)關(guān)系,隨著家庭子女人數(shù)的增加,家庭創(chuàng)業(yè)的可能性增大;第二,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)子女人數(shù)與創(chuàng)業(yè)可能性的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,即相對(duì)于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位高的家庭,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位低的家庭中子女人數(shù)與創(chuàng)業(yè)可能性正相關(guān)關(guān)系增大;第三,性別角色分工正向調(diào)節(jié)子女人數(shù)與家庭創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,即相對(duì)于"男主外,女主內(nèi)"的角色分工不平等的家庭,角色分工越平等的家庭中子女人數(shù)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)可能性正向影響作用增大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship between family fertility level and entrepreneurial behavior decision is discussed theoretically and empirically based on microcosmic survey data, and the social and economic status is further investigated. The role of gender roles in the regulation of the relationship between the two. The results show that: first, the number of family children and the possibility of entrepreneurship is a positive correlation, with the increase of the number of children in the family, the possibility of family entrepreneurship increases; Second, there is a positive correlation between the number of children and the possibility of starting a business, that is, compared with the families with high socio-economic status, the number of children in the families with low social and economic status has a positive correlation with the possibility of entrepreneurship. Third, the division of gender roles positively regulates the positive correlation between the number of children and family entrepreneurial activities, that is, the unequal division of roles between the male and the female. The number of children in the family with equal role division has a positive effect on the possibility of entrepreneurship.
