SW公司新進職工培訓體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:當前,隨著企業(yè)之間的競爭日趨激烈與殘酷,企業(yè)的發(fā)展若要想始終處于不敗之地,其有效手段之一便是強化企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)與儲備。然而,在企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方面,一方面是要通過強化在職職工的業(yè)務專業(yè)技能,使其能夠更好地推動企業(yè)發(fā)展,另一方面則是要高度重視新進職工的培養(yǎng),使其通過一段時間的培訓,自身的業(yè)務技能能夠與企業(yè)發(fā)展需求相匹配,并快速實現自我角色的轉化,更好的融入到企業(yè)之中,為企業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展添磚加瓦。本文通過分析當前SW公司的新進職工培訓體系情況,總結指出了其存在的問題主要集中在內容缺乏針對性、方式單一枯燥、配合程度較低、師資隊伍薄弱、評估內容簡單等方面,并從公司高層領導重視情況、人力資源管理理念情況、薪酬激勵情況等角度,細致分析了SW公司新進職工培訓工作問題所產生的原因。之后,通過將相關培訓管理理論與培訓需求分析相結合,從培訓的課程設計、團隊建設、實施管控、效果評估等四個方面,提出了SW公司新進職工培訓體系優(yōu)化設計方案。最后,為有效保障優(yōu)化后的SW公司新進職工培訓體系能夠有效實施,結合SW公司實際情況,從高層領導的參與支持、配套機制建設、資源供應保障等方面,提出了具體保障實施措施。希望本文能夠為SW公司對新進職工培訓工作提供參考與幫助,同時也希望能夠為同行業(yè)開展相關培訓工作,提供借鑒依據。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increasingly fierce and cruel competition between enterprises, if the development of enterprises is always in an invincible position, one of its effective means is to strengthen the training and reserve of enterprise talents. However, in the area of personnel training in enterprises, on the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the professional skills of in-service staff and workers so that they can better promote the development of enterprises, and on the other hand, they should attach great importance to the training of new workers. Through a period of training, their own business skills can match the needs of enterprise development, and quickly realize the transformation of their own role, better into the enterprise, for the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. By analyzing the current training system of new employees in SW Company, this paper summarizes and points out that the existing problems mainly focus on the lack of pertinence in the content, the monotonous way, the low degree of cooperation, and the weakness of the teaching staff. The evaluation content is simple, and from the perspective of the company's senior leaders' attention, human resource management concept and salary incentive, this paper analyzes the causes of the training of new employees in SW Company in detail. Then, by combining the relevant training management theory with the training needs analysis, from the four aspects of training curriculum design, team building, implementation management and control, effect evaluation, this paper puts forward the optimal design scheme of the training system for the new employees of SW Company. Finally, in order to effectively ensure the effective implementation of the optimized training system for the new employees of SW Company, combining with the actual situation of the SW Company, from the participation support of senior leaders, the construction of supporting mechanism, the supply of resources and so on, Put forward the concrete safeguard implementation measure. I hope this paper can provide reference and help for the training of new employees in SW company, and also hope to provide reference basis for the relevant training work in the same industry.
