【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和成熟,大數(shù)據(jù)時代已經(jīng)來臨,從我們?nèi)粘５纳畹狡髽I(yè)的運作管理都能用到大數(shù)據(jù),這給我國市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展帶來了發(fā)展活力。在企業(yè)管理中,很多地方開始應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù),以創(chuàng)新管理模式。傳統(tǒng)的管理模式由于信息的獲取和整合存在一定的滯后性,導(dǎo)致在管理方面出現(xiàn)很多不完善,這也是大數(shù)據(jù)時代能夠有效彌補的地方。本文將通過分析大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀,并探索創(chuàng)新管理模式的對策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and maturity of network information technology, big data era has come, from our daily life to the operation and management of enterprises can be used big data, which has brought vitality to the development of the market economy of our country. In the enterprise management, many places begin to apply big data technology, in order to innovate the management pattern. The traditional management mode has some lag in obtaining and integrating information, which leads to a lot of imperfections in management, which is also the place that big data can make up for effectively in the era of big data. This article will analyze the present situation of enterprise management under big data environment, and explore the countermeasure of innovation management mode.
