【摘要】：隨著電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)水平不斷提升,偏好網(wǎng)上購物的消費(fèi)者也逐年遞增,因此許多企業(yè)建立了線上銷售渠道,同時保持線下渠道穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。在雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈中,電子產(chǎn)品的庫存問題依然存在,而目前關(guān)于雙渠道銷售模式下的電子產(chǎn)品的庫存優(yōu)化策略的研究還較少。在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文針對電子產(chǎn)品雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈,基于Markov鏈分析了隨機(jī)庫存系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化策略問題。首先,考慮到電子產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)者需求存在渠道偏好和需求轉(zhuǎn)移,基于Markov鏈構(gòu)建了在庫庫存的狀態(tài)空間平衡方程,并計算出供應(yīng)鏈成員的在庫庫存均衡狀態(tài)概率,從而得到庫存持有成本和缺貨成本,并引進(jìn)服務(wù)成本和退貨成本,構(gòu)建雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈的基本庫存控制模型,進(jìn)而確定最優(yōu)基本庫存水平,并通過MATLAB進(jìn)行算例仿真與結(jié)果分析。然后在基本庫存控制策略模型的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮網(wǎng)絡(luò)商店和零售商共享庫存信息和庫存轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)行合作,并研究了雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈庫存在協(xié)同合作下最優(yōu)控制策略。需求不定性增加,會導(dǎo)致供應(yīng)鏈成員庫存量的增加,從而導(dǎo)致利潤下降,而客戶服務(wù)水平、退貨率的提升會使雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈整體利潤下降。通過對兩種庫存優(yōu)化控制策略下的績效進(jìn)行對比分析,供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同合作可以降低制造商和零售商的穩(wěn)態(tài)庫存量和缺貨量,所以提高了兩個渠道中的庫存利用率,提高了供應(yīng)鏈利潤,緩解了供應(yīng)鏈中的雙重邊際效應(yīng)。最后根據(jù)論文的分析結(jié)果,揭示了一些針對電子產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的實際運(yùn)作管理啟示。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce industry, the service level of express delivery enterprises is constantly improving, and consumers who prefer online shopping are also increasing year by year. Therefore, many enterprises have established online sales channels, while maintaining the steady development of offline channels. In the dual-channel supply chain, the inventory problem of electronic products still exists, but there is little research on the inventory optimization strategy of electronic products under the dual-channel sales mode. On the basis of domestic and international research, this paper analyzes the optimization strategy of stochastic inventory system based on Markov chain for electronic product supply chain. Firstly, considering the channel preference and demand transfer of consumer demand of electronic products, the state-space equilibrium equation of inventory in warehouse is constructed based on Markov chain, and the equilibrium state probability of the member of supply chain is calculated. The cost of inventory holding and stock shortage is obtained, and service cost and return cost are introduced. The basic inventory control model of double channel supply chain is constructed, and the optimal basic inventory level is determined. The simulation and result analysis are carried out by MATLAB. Then on the basis of the basic inventory control strategy model, considering the sharing of inventory information and inventory transfer between online stores and retailers, this paper studies the optimal inventory control strategy of the dual-channel supply chain under collaborative cooperation. The increase of demand uncertainty will lead to the increase of the inventory of supply chain members, which will lead to the decline of profits, while the increase of customer service level and return rate will reduce the overall profit of the supply chain with two channels. Through the comparative analysis of the performance under the two optimal inventory control strategies, the cooperative cooperation of supply chain can reduce the steady inventory and stock shortage of manufacturers and retailers, so the inventory utilization ratio in the two channels is improved. It improves the profit of the supply chain and alleviates the double marginal effect in the supply chain. Finally, according to the analysis results of the paper, some practical operation and management implications of electronic product supply chain are revealed.
